Seems...interesting. We may adapt such policy.

Niravon Government has just approved a project to develop a chemical that can reanimate dead tissue. This will allow us to use fallen enemy soldiers as donors for our own soldiers. Surely nothing bad can come from this, yes?

@Niravon: Commend if it works fine, condemn if it doesn't. Pragmatism is a virtue.

In Senestrum, the "social contract" (referred to as the Compact) is quite literally something you agree to in order to gain citizenship, whether you do it when you graduate from primary schooling, or if you do it upon entering the country. If you agree, you have all the rights, protections, and services you would expect, but you also agree to be bound by the requirements, laws, and your responsibility to other members of the Compact. If you don't agree, you will pay no taxes, be bound by a mere handful of laws, and have no responsibility to your fellow man. You still have your rights, but you won't have legal protections, members of the Compact will not be obligated to help you, and if you use any government services, you will be obligated to pay for them as you would be if you used services from any other entity.

So you wouldn't protect foreigners such as emissaries and tourists unless they become part of your nation or pay for such things? Please, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it dishonorable to allow foreigners visiting your lands to be mugged or worse unless they become a citizen of your nation or pay for it?

The tissue reanimation is still in it's testing phase, we have experienced...a small percentage of those it is used on turning into what is commonly known as zombies. We are now working on a second project to see if we can control such 'zombies' and use the reanimation process to not only aid our soldiers but turn dead enemy soldiers against the enemy.

Condemn.

Most public schools in Limbaugh Island have a cache of firearms on the premises, location publicly undisclosed, and several faculty members who know where it is, how to access it, and are trained to use the weapons therein.

Commend, for security in case of school shootings.

@ Niravon: members of the Compact are still bound by laws against theft, assault, and what not. They are not dependent on the victim being a citizen. Besides, you can apply for citizenship at the airport if you want.

Anyways, in Senestrum, cars are something of a luxury. A pretty low-level, easily achievable luxury, but motorcycles and public transport account for more. Truck rentals are fairly common when things need to be moved, though.

Commend, as it promotesthe use of public transport.

Despite it's open stance on religious freedom, the Genomitan government is avowedly secular.

Commend, though our government unofficially favors Santeria (it doesn't persecute other faiths, however).

Before her appointment as Finance Minister, Carlita Ruiz was an actress, director, and producer of adult films. No one (aside from the small devout Catholic community) objected to her past or her designation as Finance Minister.

Commend. Even a slight education in foreign languages would improve things.

French and English are both official languages, because most Doralanders are Francophone, but a sizable minority are Anglophone.

Condemn, unless said guilds are democratic in nature, and we doubt they are.

The Popular Militia and other militia groups allow women and non-heterosexuals to serve openly in all positions.

The guild officers are elected by masters and journeymen. Only apprentices are disqualified from voting. Only masters can hold guild offices, however. The guild officers are of two kinds: guild delegates to the Council and guild magistrates, who administer the guild itself. I hope that answers your question.

In Sagatagan, although court cases have repeatedly decided that abortion is legal, a large commune federation in the northern part of the country has voted to not provide abortion through their communal health program. This is a mild inconvenience to most commune members. However, it has effectively made professional abortion completely unavailable to women in communes that do not follow the traditional Sagatagan model of producing at least one product that is sold to the world outside the commune/commune federation, with the profits being split among the commune members as individual money.

VV We have charity. We have a shit-ton of charity. People just don't tend to give charity to people who already live in communes.

What is Karmatic law?

Commend, industry is good for the State.

First, depending on which state your refering to, there is no State in the usage of meaning "government"; if mean 'State' as being a 'State', or a society, than this part of my post is just a misunderstanding due to the varieties of different definitions of a single word; moving on to your question.

Karmatic Law is a term of my creation. Karmatic Law is the natural law that's consistent through-out all of time and space, Law that governs the entity of everything. This Law consists of Karmatic consequences for actions, cannot be changed, and has multiple scales that are affected by actions. Only actions that are actually crimes, actions that lead to negative karma being gained, and are made illegal by this law. These things include such actions as murder of innocent sentient beings, stealing of property from the legitimate owners of property, rape, and an infinite amount of other crimes, all falling in some way under the category of theft.

Things that are not actually crimes, things that do not lead to a gain of negative karma for an individual, are not made illegal by this overlaying law based on Karma. if a person uses drugs, even if the legal system of their city, state, or country has made this 'illegal', Karmatic Law has not been broken in any way, as using drugs does not harm anyone else in any way. The only party involved, that drug user, made a decision to use drugs, a decision that does not affect any party other than the person, thus, no change is made to the person's Karma, making this paticular action not a crime by Karmatic Law. Thus, Karmatic Law is the Law of JJ Place.

Hathradic States: Not sure; I'm currently unaware the specifics of the 'Freedom Party Guards'.

In JJ Place, all consensual Prostitution, and all the consensual Sex Industry, is completely legal in JJ Place.

Commend, citizens should carry weapons at all times regardless.

In the Dominion, upon the completion of the primary education system, there are two options for students wishing to continue their education. They are able to enrol in one of the many privatised secondary schools within the Dominion and her Territories, which provide an elite education for those who are able to afford it. Alternatively, for individuals unable to afford the costs associated with private schooling, the Imperial Government provides TAFE courses at a minimal fee for a further four years.

Commend. That is a good choice.

President Ilya Alvinsky is considering pushing a "shoot to kill" policy for law enforcement officers in the streets, to deal with high crime rates. The new policy would extensively reduce the restrictions placed on when, and where law enforcement officers may utilize deadly force.
