In a past war a ceasefire was signed but in a typo of the ceasefire the nation of Orwyn was never mentioned, so the Imperial Military keep fighting even though they knew that the war was technically over. In the fighting after wiping out all planetary defenses the Imperial Navy destroyed a planet with roughly a billion people still on it. They died a slow painful death as the planet melted under them. After the planet was destroyed it was given to another species that raped the planet for ever thing it was worth and left it for dead. Then the Orwynian government contacted the alliance they were at war at and pointed out the ceasefire never mentioned Orwyn and that the Imperial Navy would work their way though all their planets until there were no more. The alliance quickly formed a ceasefire and it was singed by both parties with the alliance paying the cost of the war for Orwyn and her allies even though the alliance was the defender in the war.

Well, it looks like you did not read my fact building. All things actually have to go through this legislation which is as clear as a bell that no laws made can inhibit oneselve's freedoms. So I guess my example is contridictary.

A rural town of 20 million inhabitants was going into court after a large city of 100 million brought their own privatised military to control that town. Even though the city is supposedly saying it keeps the freedoms of the people, the people there said otherwise. As a result, a volunteer military group got its 10,000 troops to storm the city and keep it under their control. In the end, the capital's combined forces came into the area and got all the military up in arms and both sides were free.
