That's the Anglo Saxon Empire's rifle.
And it's one of the few PMG rifles that isn't poorly cobbled togetether.
It does have a rail along the top of the receiver, I doubt it would need anymore. It's a used by the A.S.E militia, who seem to be cannon fodder.

Its Cocking Mechanism is still blocked. And Mine are not what you cal "Cobbled Together"
