Yes I realised those weapons were produced after 1938.

After the fall of the Imperium, the Guardsman remained the average footsoldier after the Imperial Guard became the Confederate Guard. However, the uniform of the Cadian 8th became the standard garrison uniform for all Confederate forces throughout the galaxy, though world specific regiments maintained necessary gear and insignia.

Although, your IFV with the cannon on it won't be transporting troops I'm afraid. All that space is taken up by ammunition,autoloaders etc.
For comparison, look at the M1128 Mobile Gun System. As it is at least externally similar.
