How many people are participating so I can know how many zones to make... because each faction will rule a different environment (snowy, rain forest, swampland, grassland, mountains, desert, etc.)

Tactical RPD
SMAW
ARC-68

Armor:
Cloth and coats
Some to little Kevlar

Vehicles:
Humvee
Armored Horses

Advantages:
Great in Offensive blitzkriegs
Elite Trained Forces
Armed to the teeth
Vehicles can get over most terrain and can take a beating

Disadvantages:
Weapons aren't always reliable
Tactical use of radios is a need and without them greatly hinders
Undisciplined night guards(Falls asleep, doesn't pay attention, etc.)

Edit: Landscape would be other then said, Arctic, Steppe, and Temperate Grasslands. Mostly Arctic.

Your small arms weapons technology level is too high tech... also blitzkriegs are dependent upon aerial power which you have none of. Elite training would be possible if you could stand to be outside for very long. Armored horses will not be reliable at all, and humvees can't make it over EVERY terrain.

Combat Knifes
Crossbows
Machetes

Clothing/armour: Light kevlar vests, Tees, hoodies, tank-tops, blue-camouflage pants, gloves (open, closed fingers), bandanas, balaclavas, baseball caps, boonie caps.

Vehicles: ATVs, dirt-bikes, dinghies, zodiacs, escape rafts, rowboats

Strength: around 8,750 personnel/survivors (male & female, of course).

Means of supplies/power: hunting, nomadic farming, self-produced bullets, oil and solar panels (rarely).

Housing: Tents, tree-huts (with ziplines of course), whatever dense patch of bushes in the area there are.

Though, now that I think of it I could use it as a BAR.
