Even if it does look as though his officers are getting fragged by their subordinates...

Part of me wants to believe it's an accident. But knowing nick, that might just have been the idea he was going for.
Okay! I've started a vehicle sheet for Ramsetia, but...I need help. (DUN DUN DUNNNNN!) The following image shows an R-IMV done up in an atrocius camouflage scheme. Here's the deal. Take the pattern present, and mess with the colours until you find something fun. I'm looking for a general-purpose vehicle camouflage that's workable across the main terrain types of Ramsetia, namely Red-sand deserts, Yellow-sand deserts, Savannah, and grass plains....A lot like Australia with less woodland, really. The winner gets to live with the knowledge that they made a new Palette for HDVC (Hybrid Deceptive Vehicle Camouflage) and a cookie!
The image shows how the colours are supposed to go together, with most layers completely opaque, and another layer overlaid at a somewhat transparent rate to further break up the colours and shape. The stair-step/rectangular shape of the colour splotches doesn't have to be kept if you think rounded shapes would be preferable, and you can alter the opacity of all layers, so long as there is colour-mixing at some stage. Telegramme me your submissions.

Merchant Militia (reservists) male and female, RIDF Ordinator (regular infantry) and Support Infantry (heavy pattern).
There is no RIDF (heavy pattern) female, because the armour is too bulky. Just showing the infantry front and back for the moment, I might work on a formation or battle order pic...Maybe. In regards to the longer sleeves on the reservist female, no, gender plays no role in that, it's just that the particular male pictured wanted to roll his sleeves up for the shots.
For comparison, Candiru Template versions of both;
Militiaman (Dress cap, no helmet)
RIDF Heavy pattern
