Reason for denial of the embassy application form:

• Excessive security details regarding the weaponry of your nation's ''Honor Guards''.
• Failure to comply with the government's request to lessen the weaponry of the embassy security.

Our concern over the weaponry of your embassy security staff is that we fear this weaponry may be used in times of war and conflict between our two nations, and that the classifications of the weaponry are not suited for defensive purposes, but for offensive purposes in future time. For example, GH 43 APC is highly unnecessary and is viewed more of as a military-classified equipment rather than as a security-classified form of equipment.

Unfortunately, the Intergalactic Imperial Republic of Kreanoltha will be banned and prohibited from ever applying an application to establish an embassy in Hellestia.

This official document from the Department of State, in behalf of the Federal Republic of Hellestia, was sent in order to inform you that The Grand Duchy of Kington Langley's embassy application form was accepted after thorough evaluation and assessment by the Board of Chairpersons of Embassy Applications of the Department of State.

As with the matter of addresses, however, the Office of Domestic Embassies in cooperation with the City of Burges, is currently in joint-development in the construction of a reasonably-sized tract of land which will be used for embassy housing and compounds. This development should be made within a year and expected address confirmation will be set by the end of this month.

In regards to your employment preference, the Hellestine Department of Labor and Human Resources will not be held liable if employment is not fully provided to the Kington Langley embassy chancery.

In regards to your request for an airport hangar, the Office of Airport Administration has provided a 10-year charter for an ambassadorial/diplomatic airport hangar in B.R. Geffen International Airport in Burges for use by the Kington Langley embassy and diplomatic staff for international travel. Transit to the airport will be provided by an airport shuttle/courier by the Office of Domestic Embassies, unless the ambassador wishes to provide his own form of transportation instead.

We hope that this advancement in diplomacy will help improve relations between our two nations, as well as providing assistance and cooperation for one another.
