Those are every crime punishable by death in the Hathradic States (except for desertion and draft dodging, but women can't do either since they aren't allowed in the military).

Justice is carried out impartially and often by proxy, as trials are often carried out remotely and defendants are represented with static avatars operated by their chosen legal representatives, with judges, prosecutors, and jurymembers being all faceless. We feel this best minimizes the human elements and allows for the most impartial decision to be reached, not to mention increasing the convenience for all involved. Factors like the defendant's gender and race can only be found by digging through about 3 levels of data, and have not been found to possess statistical significance in verdicts.

The only crime that carries the death sentence in Lloydopolis is a level of destruction that the person in question is branded "a threat to humanity" (eg: Miley Cyrus; Jedward), although this sentence is EXTREMELY rare. In no matter does the Lloydopolesian judiciary discriminate between genders (why would it be otherwise?), so yes, given the correct circumstances, extraordinary as they may be, women are just as eligible for execution as men.

Invaders and illegal immigrants are all put to death: men, women, children. Right on the spot. Their heads are cut off and put on pikes along the border to ward off others.
It has proven to be very effective throughout our history. After all: Zelnia was never conquered although several attempts were made: the Romans, the Vikings, the Moors, Napoleon, Hitler... Most of our citizens can say "no, please don't!" in at least 5 different languages.

Executions are rare and are only preformed in the most extreme circumstances. Gender is irrelevant in determining whether or not a person is to be executed.
