Field Agent Thomas Martinez of the United States Secret Service exited the black SUV quietly and straightened out his suit while waiting on his fellow Agents to exit the small caravan of vehicles. Approximately two dozen men and women in severe, unmarked black suits and modern sunglasses walked purposefully through the doors, walking through the main terminal building. Locals who saw them gave them a nice, wide berth. Visitors often just looked on in surprise.

"There he is, Boss," one of the Agents said, and there he was indeed. A large, fat man was arguing with one of the airline secretaries, his grievance unknown to the lawmen as he was wheezing too often to be intelligible at any distance.

"Jim Macgreggor," Martinez called out. "Would you come with us, please?"

Instead of compliance, the large man answered with an attempted escape. Martinez and two men took off in pursuit, the others filtering in to various directions.

"Police!" Martinez called. "Halt right there! Stop that man!"

Macgreggor, already slowing down from short wind, was tackled to the ground by several patriotic Islanders.

It was the target of his hacking which got him caught, in the end. Security on Bullock Manor, where the President's son did most of his Internet surfing, was extremely tight. Macgreggor's laptop had been traced from day one.

Fortunately for him, such hacking was not usually harshly punished. Unfortunately, attempting to breach Executive Residence security was. His being a spy without diplomatic protection was the killer, figuratively and literally. He was informed he would be executed if he did not give some highly valuable data to the USLI, in which case the sentence would be changed to life without parole.
