As St. Cairns is a group of Islands, and not just one mainland, we have a different system.
We have firstly provinces, there are 5 of them.
These cover a group of Islands. Provinces are named after the location of the islands.
Then, we have Island Parishes. These parishes are directly for each island.
Provinces
North-West province
Contains the following islands: Cyw Island, Norfolk Island*, Whalsay Island*, Kitt Island*, Turwy Island

Notes: Cyw and Turwy Island are designated wildlife protection areas, and are only available to visit through registered tours.
North-East province
Contains the following islands: Swynd Island, Pwll Island*, Krugnes Island, St. Cairns Rock

Notes: Swynd Island is currently undergoing construction works to create a small town, which will be suitable for living in in late 2012.
Central Province
Contains the following islands: St. Cairns Island*, Ywrn Island, Lleneli Island*, Hayling Island*, Uyned Island

South-West Province

Notes: The only province with no inhabited islands. Cymer is a ghost island, even though there are 22 houses, 3 local shops, a school and a church, the population eventually declined after moving to different islands, due to job prospects. The well being of Cymer Island is by the local Parish, which ensures buildings are intact, (there are plans for rebuilding Cymer Island to having a strong community).
South-East Province
Contains the following Islands: Yllner Island*, Westkey Island*, South Cairns Island*, Jyr Island*
