Analysts perceive that there is large-scale cooperation or ownership of the private road networks by the automobile industry as those two industries are mutually dependent on each other.

The high crime rate could be caused by the prison system's failure to reintegrate prisoners into society after they serve their terms, forcing them to become career criminals.

The education system is surprisingly standardized despite a lack of any oversight or regulation. Presumably the education system may have once been regulated or state controlled, then privatized for such a system to occur. Although it is also possible (but unlikely) that an business association of schools was created to standardize enrollment and graduation. Although this conclusion is not supported by the fact that some schools use two divisions, and others use three divisions, creating difficulty for students graduating from primary or middle school.

The large scale of privatization makes it difficult for modern day citizens to climb the social ladder, possibly requiring many generations. This is due to the fact that the better schools requires expensive tuition, putting high-quality education out of reach of the poor, possibly creating a "class" society of those perpetually poor, and those who are rich. For those who are truly poor, schools resemble less as education, and more of a childcare facility. Schools in rural small villages are most likely run by a small-limited staff, the teachers are possibly paid directly by parents, and possibly receive funding and supplies from national church or charity organizations.

Assuming most sectors of the economy are privatized:

Rural areas most likely devoid of many services such as reliable and cheap postal service, paved roads, electricity, clean water, health-care (although rural health-care is a problem in most countries with privatized health-care) and high school-level education. The best description of rural life would be a comparison to a more hellish version of rural Appalachia in the US. Because of this, the country is most likely to be dependent on foreign food imports for feeding it's populace as rural citizens would emigrate to a better life in the cities, along with the likelihood that rural infrastructure (rather the lack thereof) prevents modern agricultural production.

We had a good laugh your "analysis" of our nation, and the hopeless inaccurate picture it gives of our nation - you even got our name wrong! Sure, we'll definitely admit there are areas without postal service, electricity, or running water, the main reason for this being that no-one lives there. We're not sure why place so much importance what a country's rural areas are like anyway.

We also had a good time with your description of Rejistania. You sure you haven't mixed them up with some other country?

You review could probably be under "Rejistania", actually. Whatever country their reviewing there, it definitely doesn't sound like Rejistania.

Indeed. It does not sound like the -tani at all.

Rich and Corporations wrote:General analysis for many many countries: Countries which allow banks to print private currencies have to deal with the problem that there is a ton of currencies which all look different and could be easily counterfeited.

This is a valid issue. Sure.
Rich and Corporations wrote:The analysts find that a large underground criminal economy must be fueled by human and narcotics trafficking due to bans on public sales of slaves, alchohol, and pot.

They also find your country to be very boring, except for widespread cloning. Despite the difficulties cloning imposes on property claims (which Robert Smith?) (although this can be resolved with fingerprint records and inventories), it can create a fun time. They anticipate fun with twins/triplets/centuplets in their next vacations.

They find it strange that the President can declare "Marshall" law. They suspect that this is some sort of economic development plan.

On a final note, it seems contradictory that people may marry when their twelve, but they can't hop on top of eachother until their eighteen. Although the analysts believe the age of consent law, as in many other countries, is poorly enforced in the majority of cases.

Several issues:
Rejistania does not ban pot and booze, they can be easily, legally obtained, in fact any drug you make for your own consumption is legal. (Slavery is illegal though)
Rejistania as MT nation does not clone humans. And the issues about identity of a "Syku Lyku" (it is the name stereotypically associated with Rejistania) which exist despite the MTness are countered by using the birthplace as inofficial part of the name in case of ambiguities: Ie: "Syku Lyku Riandu'tes and Syku Lyku Hanin'tes".
Rejistania does not have a President. Rejistania has 3 presidents only that they are no presidents but First Representatives (lentine mje'he). Thus the president declaring 'Marshall law' is
Rejistania does only allow marriages between adults (16 and older), the age of consent is lower.

Yeah. That sounds like a good plan.

The analysts feel Bergnovinaia to be a culturally poor country, given the lack of televisions in ratio to population. Given the high tax rates for the wealthy, many rich businessmen likely live in various foreign tax shelters. The taxation of private medicine most likely encourages a government monopoly on health care and prevents personal choice in medical treatment, possibly preventing individuals from recieving alternate treatments such as herbal remedies.

The lack of debt indicates a reliance on sovereign wealth funds to fund expensive infrastructural projects, instead of issueing bond measures. The analysts are intrigued by this, since the politicians must plan for problems or improvements a decade or so in advance.
