By order of Brother-Polymath Johnathan Keyes of the Steel Fraternity, Holy Emperor of Skorzenia and Protector of New Detroit, the newly-completed Diplomatic Sector just outside Iron Bay shall be opened to receive embassies from any nation that wishes to establish them.
The Diplomatic Sector is a small, self-contained complex three miles south of Iron Bay on top of a ridge overlooking the capital. All the available embassy buildings have a good view of the city. The Diplomatic Sector is connected to the Fraternity Headquarters and Imperial Palace by dedicated subway tunnel, helicopter flights, and a specially reserved, fenced-in road. There are also dedicated phone and fiber optic lines to the capital.
The Diplomatic Sector includes ten separate, walled chanceries, the new headquarters of the Skorzenian Diplomatic Corps, a helipad, power generating station, and grounds with multiple gardens, lawns, and scattered trees.
Upon request, foreign nations may place their embassy within the Fraternity Enclave inside Iron Bay*, but any who wish to do so should keep in mind that radiation levels remain slightly elevated in the city since the 1984 War. Ambassadors inside the city will, of course, have access to the same anti-radiation treatments that Fraternity members use, but such treatments are most effective when administered from birth onward, and may not fully protect the un-acclimated. Embassies may also be placed elsewhere upon request.

Please refrain from bringing any narcotics, hallucinogens, or other drugs into Skorzenia. Medically necessary drugs will be available from any local pharmacy. You may bring any animals or plants you wish, but only on the condition that the Steel Fraternity be allowed to take blood/genetic samples, and/or clone any foreign species.
All ambassadors and their families shall have complete diplomatic identity (though they may be expelled should they commit a serious crime or present a security threat to Skorzenia), and diplomatic staff will also have immunity.
