We Garrettopians are comprised of seven ethnic groups, but the Scottish and Germans are the most dominant. There are also the English, Irish, and French, and a minority of Arabs and Indians. The Caucasian ethnicities all merged into the Garrettopian culture except for the French. Arabs and Indians remain culturally distinct, living in Islamic and Hindu settlements.

The typical Teddy (Nb: That's the denonym for our nation, even humans) is conservatively dressed by choice (no dress code or anything), probably because shorts and t-shirts don't last long in our dreary weather. They're polite and kind, and easily approachable, and will take initiative to help anybody who looks lost. The Teddy's favorite pastime is usually an academic thing, such as playing board games, reading or visiting museums.
