There is no legal drinking age. Homemade alcohol needs to be up to health standards to be sold.

Under 13 years old must have adult supervision to consume. Can't purchase.
Over 13 years old doesn't need adult supervision to consume. Can purchase at the discretion of store policy.
Over 16 years old can purchase any time.

These are basically the only alcohol related laws on the books. Alcohol itself isn't regulated at all.

None at all. You can make 100% alcohol in your backyard and no one will care. Of course if you give yourself alcohol poisoning by drinking too much every one will laugh at you for being an irresponsible jackass and hope that you can't afford the treatments for it.

No alcohol at all under the age of twelve. Twelve and above are allowed to drink things of low alcohol content, such as malt liquors and a sip of wine in religious ceremonies. Sixteen and up can drink whatever they want, be it alcohol, soda, drain-o, whatever.

The drinking age in Aquavian is twenty-five by default. Some areas have it set higher. Few people in Aquavian actually want to drink alcohol in the first place.

There are, however, permits one can get for special occations. Anyone thirteen and up may apply, and they must have a valid reason (wedding, funeral, etc.). These permits list a start and end time for their consumption, as well as a total alcohol content which may be consumed by the person during that period.

We, of course, make an exception for Communion wine. Anyone can have that. It's just a sip, anyway.
For various reasons, I will be classifying Aquavian is an Any-Tech nation. Different locations, and even people, within the nation may be at different tech levels. I will match characters to the tech level of any RP I enter to the best of my ability, but if you believe there will be any serious problems, please feel free to let me know and/or not accept me into the RP. Thank you.

Anyone may drink alcohol at any time, however it is illegal to bring alcohol into the nation and furthermore anyone caught putting any amount of alcohol into a public water source is executed. It is, however, legal to murder someone by slipping them alcohol.

Basically the same laws that apply to arsenic.

There are none. Simply put, drink what you like as you like, you can even drive drunk, mind you that it has a very aggravating factor if you end up charged with reckless endangerment. Some municipalities do have fines for public disturbances, drunkenness being among them.

However, drinking isn't done to excess, in fact moderation is very important in Adrian Lifestyle, especially in drink, in the absence of laws most Adrians tend to be more responsible for their actions, it is on principle that neither a lady or gentleman of the Empire drinks his or herself to a state of inebriation so deep that they are no longer in control of their moral beings.

there are no specifically "alcohol" laws in cameroi,
there are not even specifically recreationally consumed neurotropic substance laws in cameroi.

there is however a culture of caution and consideration which also does not repress imagination.
thereby not creating such a thing as an incentive to "escape" by impairing judgment.
thereby not requiring such laws to exist.

Alchohol is not very prominent in our nation at all, and at best its a low-content wine or champagne for very rare occasions. Its just not something obsessed over here.

There is no drinking age set at the national level. Most prefectures and localities also have no drinking age. Those that do set it as young as 10 while others as old as 20. As for laws regulating its production and distribution, we have none.

We don't have real laws on alcohol. It's common sense that children should not have access to alcohol. As for adults, there's the common proverb Never drink as much to believe you could survive outside in the vacuum of space, cause you won't. It describes the approach towards alcohol done by adults very well.
