There's not a whole lot of laws concerning the ownership of guns, due to the paranoia of a possible invasion in the near future and thus, citizens can arm themselves with many a weapon.

We have no gun laws and see no need for them. Citizens can carry firearms openly and freely.

One of our more eccentric representatives once introduced a bill that would have restricted the rights of Lackadaisiclans to own tanks and jet fighters, he was censured by the Senate and he lost his seat at the next election, and hes probably quite lucky that the bill didn't pass.

We have no gun control laws.

Citizens are permitted to own anything the government is permitted to own, although due to expense, very few individuals choose to own nuclear devices, and these are typically only used by mining and oil companies.

Are Guns allowed in your nation? Foreign? Regulation on the types that can be owned?

Absolutely all varieties of firearms are allowed and unregulated.

Is there Gun Registration in your nation? If so, please explain.

Although technically gun registration is required solely for militia members (for the purposes of military organisation only) the majority of citizens that have the time are members of some form of militia so the government has a fairly good image of the amount and types of firearms in circulation.

Can guns be carried concealed? Without a permit? If so, what types? Are there any types that cannot?

All firearms may be carried open or concealed.

What are the laws for private sale of guns?

Firearm production is completely unregulated however all firearm producers are obligated to work for the government free of charge when called upon.

For what lover would not choose rather to be seen by all mankind than by his beloved, either when abandoning his post or throwing away his arms? He would be ready to die a thousand deaths rather than endure this. Or who would desert his beloved or fail him in the hour of danger?"

No registration, no permits, no restrictions. If you qualify for an ID card, it will state on it whether or not you have a criminal background or are a member of an "untrustworthy" ethnic or religious group.

If that's not the case, Parthian civilians can and do own assault rifles, machine guns, anti-tank missiles, man-portable surface to air missiles, tanks, attack helicopters, and pretty much anything that isn't a weapon of mass destruction.
"And as you approach Parthia's prisons..."What's that buzzing noise, a factory?"
"No, that's all the carrion flies near the prison."

Our citizens can own anything up to antimateriel rifles (if they can afford one, of course). Private possession of a fully-automatic firearm is illegal, so in commercially-sold weapons, the full-auto setting is replaced by a burst mode. Buyers must pass background checks, but there is no waiting period to take the gun.

Are Guns allowed in your nation? Foreign? Regulation on the types that can be owned?
- Guns are not only allowed, but required by all men and many women, which serve as the Royal Militia.

Is there Gun Registration in your nation? If so, please explain.
- Guns supplied from the Royal Militia are all registered and labeled to be used by only the Militiaman it is listed for. Any private weapons need to be registered through the Advisory of Domestic Affairs in the Firearms Bureau.

Can guns be carried concealed? Without a permit? If so, what types? Are there any types that cannot?
- All men need to practice open carry on their standard military weapon, but all adults may carry either concealed or open.

What are the laws for private sale of guns?
- No selling of weapons to felons or anyone currently under legal bondage for a crime (slavery is not an industry, but a punishment for many felonies)

France has next to no gun control laws where firearms are concerned.

Are Guns allowed in your nation? Foreign? Regulation on the types that can be owned?
Yes/Yes, but rarely/No.
Is there Gun Registration in your nation? If so, please explain.
Yes/The sole purpose of registration is insurance. Any criminals who use firearms stolen from their rightful owners will pay indemnity to the owners. Likewise, any firearm damaged beyond repair can be replaced, attachment(s) included if available, free of charge.
Can guns be carried concealed? Without a permit? If so, what types? Are there any types that cannot?
Yes/No permit needed for those with a clean record/Any weapon that can easily be concealed/Those that cannot be concealed easily, of course!
What are the laws for private sale of guns?
Guns bought are to be insured before release, which usually takes 90 minutes on the spot.

Gun control laws in the New Order are strict and unyielding. If you're not part of the Imperial Military, or the Imperator himself, you do not have a firearm. However, there is an emergency provision to supply humans with firearms in the event of an alien incursion or uprising. We have yet to encounter any alien races, so the conditions for this provision do not exist.

Are Guns allowed in your nation? Foreign? Regulation on the types that can be owned?
Weapons of any kind are legal to own. This includes even WMDs which are technically allowed but infeasible in reality.
Is there Gun Registration in your nation? If so, please explain.
Every high-lethality weapon must be linked to a gun-holder's account. These accounts may be pseudonymous or anonymous and their issuers are responsible for covering damages done with the weapon if the owner is incapable of doing it. The would-be buyer makes a contract with an issuer (such as a gun shop or an insurance company) and divulges any information about themselves the contract requires. Selling the gun/account to someone else is usually forbidden and guns with tracking chips or user identification before firing are much cheaper to register. If someone is unable or unwilling to deal with any issuer they may issue an account to themselves by convincing the government that damages will be paid. This can be done by paying a deposit, owning property which can be easily confiscated in case of crime or being a trusted individual. If they are unable to do any of these they will be limited to low-lethality weapons such as tasers and pepper spray. A law-abiding citizen can usually get a pseudonymous account at their local gun shop for a reasonable price. If the gun is triple-chipped (location known, discharges recorded and may only be fired by the owner) most shops don't require any extra over the gun's price.
Can guns be carried concealed? Without a permit? If so, what types? Are there any types that cannot?
Guns may be carried concealed without restriction. Guns that cannot be carried concealed include sniper rifles, machineguns and artillery because they are usually too large. If they aren't, they can be carried concealed.
What are the laws for private sale of guns?
If the gun-holder's account is personal the gun may not be sold without the buyer getting their own account. If the account is not personal there are no restrictions on sale but the reimbursement verification will remain the same.

No citizen is allowed to own or operate Firearms of any kind, unless they are military, paramilitary or law Enforcement.
Punishment for unlawfully owning a fire arm is life in a (Reeducation)Work Camp.
