No. Guns may be sold freely in Supermarkets, if the owner of said guns wishes to sell their guns in said Supermarket, of course. If they want to just give the guns away, that's fine as well.

Yes, yes, and any. Private business can declare that guns are not allowed in their businesses, and the owners of private property can deside themselves if guns are allowed on their premise, but anywhere in public or anywhere the property owner declares one may carry a gun in the property owner's property is completely legitimate.

Almost every citizen owned a weapon, it is not mandatory, but simply seen as patriotic, we have very low crime rates because of this (and our police)

There is no registration for Shotguns, rifles or pistols, however automatic weapons require a permit, but service almost guarantees freedom in the area of bureaucratic red tape on gun permits. CCW do require permits, but open carry is more common, as it is seen as "he is not afraid to defend himself" and not "HES GOT A GUN" as it would be in other nations, its a matter of mentality.

It is also, as left over from the proletarian rebellions, common knowledge on how to develop "Garage Guns" and as it is near impossible to regulate these weapons restrictions are minimal, they pose nowhere near a threat as other weapons because their barrels are not boared.

Yes, of course, the Adrian Empire strongly believes in individual sovereignty, how can one be free if their protection is left to the state. The Right to Personal Arms is ingrained in the Rights of The Citizen, and a recent push has been made to extend these rights in full to the Denizen Class as well. Currently the Adrian Empire will accept any other concealed carry and firearms licenses from other nations at parity to theirs, given ours are very very lax.

When more then 90% of your adult population own a personal firearm, the idea of registering said guns becomes a little obsolete, police already approach every situation knowing the person in question is armed, Denizen firearm licences however are recorded by local governments mostly for the sake of records.

Any Citizen of the Adrian Empire may carry a firearm on his person, concealed or open (given the style of dress in Adria this largely means concealed), all he requires is proof of citizenship and in practice this largely unnecessary. A citizen may also carry any firearm he is trained to use, given that there is no restriction on the sale of weapons it is possible if not advisable to legally walk around town with a rocket launcher.
A Denizen may apply for a license, which will be granted so long as he can satisfy a small safety course. He needs only to carry said license in his holster. It too applies to both open and concealed carry. Of course, as he is not a citizen he may only carry small calibre weaponry for personal protection or sport such as: pistols, revolvers, and sports rifles so long as they have the proper training for them.

Any citizen may purchase any weapons at any time, though he must take a class in it's use and proper safety if purchasing for private use. And almost every citizen owns an automatic rifle.

A Denizen is required to seek a firearms license at any local police, militia or rifle club, they can take there an immediate digital course on weapons training and safety, they must also satisfy any other requirement that their local government requires, usually a psyche evaluation after passing this course they are given a license any personal weapon barring military grade and automatic weaponry. Most Denizens however are taught the courses necessary for weapon ownership by 18, so it little affects their ability to purchase weaponry there are no other requirements for personal ownership.
