IC: We live in a modern age. An age of interconnectivity. An age of interdependence. It is because we live in such an age that we can no longer afford to isolate ourselves from the world. As the rest of the world joins together in harmony, so must Wolfenium and Astol. As Astol's link to the world, we must lead an example, to establish diplomatic ties with the international community; to foster goodwill and understanding between our peoples; to build a more united and harmonious community with the world. It is with that in mind that I make this proposal: to open diplomatic quarters in several cities throughout Wolfenium.
As a first stage of the programme, I propose to the Reichstag for the establishment of a diplomatic corner in the capital Wolfsburg and the city of Saint Olivie. If the amount of request demands it, I will propose the expansion of the diplomatic quarters and establishment of additional ones in other cities. Meanwhile the locations are as follows:
Wolfsburg
Capital of the Empire of Wolfenium, Wolfsburg is located at the geographic center of Wolfenium. The administrative capital of the empire, it is the natural place for politics and organization in the state. Many monunents attributed to Wolfenium's past, both ancient and recent, line the streets to commemorate the glory of the Fatherland. The White Citadel, the royal family's residence, overlooks the city from the rocky hills to the north. Freiheit International Airport, located just outside the city, serves as the city's links to the skies.
Staufen Road
Located near the Reichstag building, Staufen Road is named after the founder of Wolfenium. Key landmarks are the Wolfsburg Central Train Station and Metro, and Independence Square.

Saint Olivie
The technological hub of Wolfenium, Saint Olivie is the showcase city of the empire to the world. The ancient capital of the Kingdom of Belka, Saint Olivie remained a distinct entity from the rest of the Wolfen Fatherland and obtains a unique cosmopolitan nature as a port city lying along Astol's vital maritime trade routes. As the main headquarters of the Iron Cross Order (Der Eisenkreuz Orden), Saint Olivie is the capital of the Order's Special Administrative Region. Once a city besieged by the Amythysians on several occasions, the most recent the First Astoli War, Saint Olivie has rebounded back into prominence every time, stronger than ever.

Segbrecht Avenue
Named after Olivie Segbrecht, the last Saint King and unifier of the Kingdom of Belka, Segbrecht Drive is one of the main roads linking the heart of the city. Key landmarks include the Iron Cross Order Headquarters and the Holy Belkan Archives.

Key landmarks include the above-mentioned Ilyushian Quarter, the Fatherland Victory Museum and the Saint Olivie University of the Arts.

Ingvalt Road
Named after Claus Ingvalt, the first Hegemon of Shutra, an ally city-state of Belka, Ingvalt Road traces the outskirts of Saint Olivie. Ruins from the Warring Kingdoms Era and the city's colonial past under Amythyist are scattered throughout the countryside. Key landmarks include the ruins of the Sankt Kaiser's Palace.

Köln
The cultural hub of the Empire, Köln lies in the mouth of the Blauenlicht river. Once the capital of the tiny yet powerful Principality of Köln, it is now the provincial capital of Weintraube. As the heart of central and south Astoli culture, Köln is famed for its massive Sapphirian community, towering cathedrals and refined culture. Famous for its wines, fine dining and the arts, it is Wolfenium's largest center of production for luxury goods, a market currently dominated by Weintraube's most esteemed nobility, the Silber clan.
Ehrlich Quay
Situated right next to the bustling waterways of the Blauenlicht river, Ehrlich Quay, named after Köln's founding father, Prince Sieghart von Ehrich, Ehrlich Quay plays host to a multitude of boutiques, selling only the finest in beauty cosmetics. In addition, the quay is also the site of many of Köln's most famous cafes, restaurants and nightclubs, offering only the finest in culinary sensations and alcoholic pleasures. Notable sites include the Ehrlich Arcade (pictured above) and Riverside Square.

Central Square
The heart of Köln's city center, Central Square plays host to some of the finest cathedrals of the Empire. Dating back to the time of Amythyst's dominion over Astol, these hallowed hallways feature some of the most greatest architectural marvels and treasures of the Crystallian Orthodoxy. However, since independence, the cathedrals had come into danger from Wolfenium's conservative elite, who sought to subvert any evidence of Amythyst's former colonial rule over the Empire. As a result, many of these cathedrals had either been demolished or converted into Pantheon temples. Still, with a thriving Sapphirian community to safeguard the remnants of their past, the chapels of Köln remain a sight to behold.
Notable places of worship include the Köln Central Cathedral (pictured with Central Square), the Cathedral of St. Essen and the converted Spire of the Plume temple.

Please note that the Empire of Wolfenium is currently under an armistice with the Commonwealth of Amythyst. But the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to assure you that the safety of the diplomats and other non-combatant foreigners are our top priority and that in an event of war, all personnel will be escorted from the diplomatic quarter and evacuated in the soonest possible time.
