Imperial Police Services are usually private security corporations and charity or locally-funded, the nationalized Imperial Police are essentially a federal bureau not unlike the American FBI, though they do provide services to some municipalities. The Imperial Police Services Organization however has established a series of recommended uniforms, to allow the citizens of the Empire with a reliable idea of what a police officer looks like the following are their recommendations and a few other examples:

Recommended Uniforms

Police Officers in the Empire are largely unburdened by criminal duties, so their community presence is largely that of helping out and being positive role models in the community, even in the more violent sectors officers attempt to foster good relations.

Though most police service providers offer investigative services, indeed with the nature of Imperial Crime, few criminal acts require police response, the outcome of nearly any failed crime being either a dead criminal or an fleeing one. Many citizens however choose to augment their investigations by hiring professional investigators, who are typically much more likely to solve these issues. They don't dress much unlike your typical Adrian, better to blend in.

Finally the most important line of defence against criminal elements, the first and last for every citizen, the individual citizen and their firearm, the citizen in the Empire is not subject to bureaucratic police forces beholden only to the laws of the nation. Each individual has all the same powers as a police officer if granted in court of law, though of course most allow the professionals to do their business.

As my country has drastical differences in its climates, material (fur, leather, wool, or silk), hat (fur cap, headband, cowboy hat, or none), shoes (fur, black leather, or black sandals with blue silk stockings), gloves (fur, black leather, black silk, or none) and undergarment depend upon region and current weather.

This countries policemen are wellknown for their friendliness. They rarely wear any firearms on their body, but have body armor (not visible) including bracers and are well trained in martial arts. They are also well trained in general psychology, negotiation and de-escalation.

There are only four ranks - trainee, constable, senior constable, and inspector. Trainees are policemen in training, constable are simple workers, senior constables are people too old for combat that do safe office jobs instead, and inspectors are the leader personell.

Funding is currently a problem because the game claims I spend zero on law & order. So I guess the police is funded from the "administration" part of the countries budget, as is military.

The National Police are an elite organization composed of ex-military and current military reservists as well as individuals who successfully pass the ten month rigorous training at the National Police Academy. The National Police are under the direct command of the President of Jawahul and report directly to his office. Their duties include:

-Search and Seizure


The Capital City has their own police force too which has recently gone under extensive uniform renovation, here are the uniforms for both men and women that reflect the fact that they are the police for the capital city and are on display for the world.

These distinctive uniforms were designed by top designers in Milan for practical usage on the streets and beats of the capital city. Individuals from the police department can be denoted as officers because of the small badge lapel pin or identification mark on the left side of the breast of the uniform for either male or female.

Demagan CP (Civil Protection) Is a Paramilitary branch of the Imperial Armed Forces that is tasked by the DMCC (Demagan Military Central Command) to maintain the rule of law and order within all Sanctioned Imperial Territories. The Nation of Orwyn, Necratalis, etc have their own Policing Forces and are subject to their own Sovereign Standards within the banner of the Imperial Blood Pact.

CP officers wear a standard Urban Grey/Blue/Black Uniform with Riot Helmet and Re-breather which doubles as a Communications and Voice Amplifier (Megaphone). The inner layers of the Uniform protect the body from harm with an extremely durable Electrolytic Polymer allowing the material to be lightweight, breathable, and allow for full range of movement and dexterity; but provides protection against blunt force trauma and puncture or tears. This serves to protect Officers from light to medium shrapnel, blades, and bludgeons during riots as well as being reinforced with a Modular Ballistic Plates in Dragon Scale applications to protect the vital areas of the chest, shoulders, forearms, back, neck, abdomen, crotch, thighs, and calves/shin from most common ballistic weapons. Capable of defeating most known assault cartridges it affords the officer a comfortable deal of protection in the vast and complex Megacities of Necropyre society. When the streets of the Urban Jungle become a warzone Civil Protection takes great pride in granting a vast air of protection to those who place their lives on the line to protect society from its own criminal element. Due to the freedom of the people to purchase Military grade rifles and munitions excluding explosives and other listed "destructive devices" it has become paramount to outfit our peace officers with military grade protection and power. They utilize weapons and tactics fielded and employed by the Guardian Corp and work hand in hand with the IGC to develop tactics, training, and equipment to protect the homefront and maintain its safety at all times.

To necropyre becoming a member of Civil Protection does not make you a mere cop.. it is a badge of honor and a symbol of strength and duty. Targeted by several major groups in the criminal elements of necropyre culture there is bounties put up on the heads of CP officials and IGC alike. but thus far the sacrifices made in the line of duty are kept at a comfortable low since rare to law enforcement, Civil Protection maintains its presence and prominence one step ahead of the scum.

and as far as the whole debate over "robed or unrobed" the robed appearance of the CP outfit is actually mistaken as a simple robe.. however the pleats of the Upper Body Uniform are made of Material that is highly durable and tear resistent. Our officers never venture anywhere alone and actually travel in packs. Despite the appearance of a Police State with heavily armed men waltzing around town cracking criminal skulls.. the common folk actually applaud the presence of CP and treat them with respect and approval since we have societally grown beyond the shackles of the concepts of "Fascist Pigs stomping down on the little guy to fill their ticket quotas"

Due to the fact that CP rides around in Urban Assault Vehicles and Armored Personnel Carriers complete with Machine guns and Grenade Launchers, Carrying High Powered battle rifles and Combat Shotguns all firing Lethal frangible rounds to reduce collateral damage to bystanders, our officers are liberally drilled and trained in marksmanship and most are retired Servicemen who have no desire to simply retire into a life of simplicity and stagnancy. They are still in excellent shape, and tough as nails. Most of them are rotations of Guardian Corp themselves so they patrol the streets that they would anyways as Imperial Commandos protecting their brethren against any who would do them harm.

The robe might have the tendency to snag on something or be wrapped up by a criminal but that wouldnt bear into fruition for the criminal because as successful as he is tripping one officer in a desperate attempt to escape will only result in him being viscously and deliberately rifle butted in the head or recieveing a nasty boot drive to the ground. Again.. our officers need to be tough and as such are as vicious and gung ho as any of the criminals we have. not as to say our officers are perfect as many times Iron Brotherhood (Terrorist/Gang Organization) Members have successfully slain hundreds of officers over the years.. this is simply to be expected.. but the normal pedestrian or motorist sees these men in dark uniforms and views them with admiration and due respect. As i have mentioned Culture and society have much to do with reception of law enforcement. These individuals in uniform are volunteers from the Services or from the public who seek to better society. And as such.. they hold an exceptional Public Relations standard. they are viewed as heroes. Men who stand above the cut, those who saw fit to make a difference. And as such civilians are treated with the utmost respect to privacy and liberty. Force is only utilized when deemed ultimately necessary.. and this is also well known. You resist arrest and you will be facing bodily harm or fatality... its much easier to deal with the inconvenience of detainment and solve the matter in a civil and mature matter through due process. They wont arrest you without reason.

There are the ordinary Police, used for ordinary Police duty and such like that. Please note this particular gentleman is Commander-In-Chief David Santorez, who wears a policeman-style uniform rather than the formal Grey one worn by other military officers:

There is the Riot Police, men, females, and males assigned to deal with, well, riots:



Then, there's the Special Counter Terrorism Directive (SCTD), a special police unit not only assigned with dealing with terrorists, but also gangs, drug cartels, smuggling rings, and roving bands of muggers and bandits. Because of the extreme danger of their job, they are given special armor designed to protect them from blaster bolts:



There's the Special Weapons Policing Unit (SWPU), the Saurisian equivalent of SWAT. These guys are trained for tough and dangerous situations like hostage takings and such, and are the most heavily armed and armored branch of the Police:

And finally, there's the Rapid Response Unit (RRU), urban policemen equipped with jetpacks whose jobs are to quickly deal with situations ranging from bank robberies to ship hijackings. Their emphasis is on speedy interceptions to deal with a situation as soon as possible before it gets worse.

There are also Non-Uniform Policemen (or NUP), who don regular clothing so as catch criminals redhanded without them realizing they're cops until it's too late:

Most of the Clans and Tribes have their own units who patrol in whatever area the Clan of Tribe controls, as well as the various Orders who may find themselves the dominant force in an area. The guards will wear the Clan/Tribal colors and a badge of office.

Universally is the Order known as Karrg's Sons, or "Momma's Boyz". Agents of the court, they are distinguished by black leather harnesses, and the weapons traditional to the Order: mancatchers, nets, and bolas. While police jurisdiction is limited by the controlling authority of the Clan or Tribe, Karrg's Sons have universal jurisdiction. Moreover, as they are officers of the court and not the law, they have more latitude in their activity.

The Royal Gendarmerie, the enforcement arm of the national judiciary and police of national highways, trains, etc., has a uniform of black pants, burgundy coat with brass buttons, badge, insignia, and a black hat with burgundy front and coat of arms.
The Customs and Border Patrol Division of the R.G. has the same uniform but a different insignia.
