The Cakrystanian Armed Forces (CAF) are the unified military forces of the Socialist Empire of Cakrystan. With compulsory military service and a population of over 500 million, Cakrystan maintains a large standing force supported by extensive reserves.
1. Cakrystanian Ground Forces
The Cakrystanian Army is the largest branch of the CAF.

4. Strategic Forces
Cakrystan maintains a small strategic missile force consisting of exactly 30 ICBMs.

5. Home Defense Force
The Home Defense Force protects important infrastructure throughout Cakrystan.
Its responsibilities include:

Border security
Emergency evacuation
Disaster response
Assistance to civilian authorities
6. Reserve Forces
Compulsory military service gives Cakrystan a very large trained reserve.
Active personnel: approximately 2.4 million
Reserve personnel: approximately 7.8 million
Reservists receive periodic training and can be mobilized during a national emergency.
7. Special Operations Command
The Cakrystanian Special Operations Command consists of highly trained units specializing in:

8. Military Medical Corps
The Military Medical Corps operates military hospitals, battlefield medical units, evacuation aircraft, and emergency-response teams.
Military medical personnel can also assist civilians during natural disasters, major accidents, epidemics, and other national emergencies.
