Ladies and Gentlemen.

On behalf of the Prime Minister Ignacious Oleous, I wish to declare that the Immigration, Consular and Passport Act has been signed into law by Prime Minister Oleous. Please read all following notices:

This Act, The Immigration, Consular and Passport Act, having been enacted into law through the Democratic choices of the People's Representatives in the Assembly of the People's Representatives and the House of Regional Representatives, has been signed into and declared part of law by the Prime Minister.

That is the preamble of the Law.

Part I - Embassies
His Excellency the Prime Minister through this Act, invites all foreign nations of interest to come and request embassies in this Nation.

Section a) location
All embassies shall be located in the capital city, Principa, in the Diplomatic Quarter of said city. No embassy shall be located in other parts of the state. Consulates however may be located in the Cities of Winchester and Moravia upon request.

Section b) passports
All persons, be they diplomatic or otherwise, must hold passports pertaining to their office. The three passports are:
Ordinary - issued to ordinary citizens of this nation
Diplomatic (residential and non-residential) - All diplomatic persons, be they representatives to or from this Nation, must have in their posession a diplomatic passport. This also applies to all dependents and spuses of diplomatic persons. Non-residential diplomatic passports are issued to ambassadors of foreign nations only
Official - Government ministers only

Fees
Fees are charged in Pounds Sterling, however they can be accepted and facilitated in USD or Euro. Please also note that VAT of ten percent is added onto the fees. The fees, with their equivalents are:
Embassy request: £220/$329/€268
Diplomatic passports produced by the Foreign affairs department: £70/$104/€85 (per person)
Other currencies can be accepted (ooc: they must be real-world currencies). Simply enquire when you request the paperwork.
Our fees are charged so that we can continue to fund the department.

DP-NR form
This is for those who rquire a diplomatic passport to be issued for them. It's basically the same as any ordinary passport form. Separate copies of this form must be completed for each person requiring a passport - group applications on one form will be rejected, but you will still be charged.
