The Tsardom of the Jugoslavs gave orders to ambassador Motika earlier this evening to execute Contingency 13 of the State Chancery's General Embassy Protocols, as such, all work at the embassy shifted immediately from normal embassy functions to the complete clearance and evacuation of the embassy. In accordance with such orders, the Tsardom of Jugoslavia instructs the Monarchy of Heldervin to cause no obstruction to the withdrawal of the embassy staff from their country, which should be complete within 24 hours.
A state of armed conflict does not exist between Heldervin and the Tsardom of the Jugoslavs, but it is the determination of our government that normalized relations cannot be maintained with Heldervin at this time.
