So, yes they would, but it's not something that is seen as a claim of a person who is not involved, and that freedom itself is depedent on that person's use of it.

The government devoted an entire article of the Articles of Foundations to entitling what Secularity's role in Seculartopia would be, as well as in foreign policy by the Foreign Director's Code.

Socially, it's always been key that people should be free from religion to the extent that they can realize:

-No one belief has it all right.
-Absorbing and learning other beliefs and gaining experiences in them, or being of any belief is not a sin.
-Government should not promote or establish a religion, nor should it regulate who can be what.
-Religion must obey the law.
-Religion does not deserve a free pass.
-All sides have radicals and moderates, and too often moderates lose.

Gay,Lesbian,Transexual and Bisexual persons enjoy full rights as equal to anyone. Government does not see it fit nor does society to even notice a difference between a same-sexual, bisexual,transexual and a hetero and single gendered person in anything, so it does not really influence any prejudice.
