Established in 1958 through the unification of six states in Western Eulabia and restructured after the pivotal events of 2008, our nation has emerged as a robust and forward-looking state. With a population of 220 million and a thriving economy boasting a GDP of 8 trillion, Eulabia stands as a testament to resilience and prosperity.
Our nation is divided into six national regions, each contributing to the rich tapestry of Eulabian culture, economy, and governance. As a founding member and depositary of the ETO and an active participant in ISAAC, Eulabia is committed to upholding high diplomatic standards and fostering international relations based on mutual respect, shared goals, and constructive dialogue.

Guidelines for Diplomatic Missions
Before proceeding with the establishment of diplomatic relations and the opening of diplomatic missions within the Commonwealth of Eulabia, it is imperative to acknowledge and affirm adherence to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961. The Eulabian government strictly adheres to the principles and regulations outlined in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and expects the same commitment from all nations seeking diplomatic engagement with Eulabia.
All diplomatic missions and personnel operating within Eulabian territory are required to respect and comply with the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. This adherence ensures the dignified and orderly conduct of international relations and upholds the mutual respect, privileges, and immunities essential for the smooth functioning of diplomatic missions.
Nations applying to establish diplomatic relations and missions in Eulabia are hereby reminded of their obligation to observe the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations in its entirety. The Commonwealth of Eulabia is committed to fostering positive and respectful international relationships and expects all diplomatic partners to share in this commitment to international law and diplomatic norms.

States wishing to establish a diplomatic mission within the territory of the Commonwealth of Eulabia are required to obtain approval from the Eulabian government. This section outlines the necessary information, conditions, and procedures for the opening of an embassy or consulate.
A State seeking to establish a resident diplomatic mission must submit note verbale (a third-person unsigned letter) to the Eulabian Foreign Office. This note should detail:
Subsequent to the initial approval, the sending State should forward a protocol via note verbale, proposing its Head of Mission and requesting Eulabia’s Agrément for the appointment of the nominated individual.
A State seeking to establish a resident diplomatic mission must submit note verbale (a third-person unsigned letter) to the Eulabian Foreign Office. This note should detail:
- The reasons for establishing the mission.
- The intended functions and activities of the mission.
- The proposed location for the mission’s premises (see Embassy Locations).
- The number (and ranking) of diplomatic personnel to be assigned to the mission.
Subsequent to the initial approval, the sending State should forward a protocol via note verbale, proposing its Head of Mission and requesting Eulabia’s Agrément for the appointment of the nominated individual.
Agrément
In accordance with Article 4 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, consent must be sought for any person to be accredited as Head of Diplomatic Mission in Eulabia. Agrément is issued by the Eulabian government prior to the official arrival of the nominee in Eulabia.
The request for Agrément from the sending state should be conveyed through note verbale, and must include a comprehensive curriculum vitae and immediate family (suppose, children) of the individual they wish to appoint. The Eulabian Foreign Office, through the Protocol, will notify the sending State of the government's decision regarding the proposed appointment via TPN.

Absence/Appointment of Chargé d'Affaires ad interimt
According to Article 19 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the absence or return of the Head of Mission and the appointment of an interim Chargé d'Affaires should be notified to the Protocol by note verbale.
