Embassies in Brezzia are able to: represent the sending State to the receiving State; protect the interests of the sending State and its citizens in the receiving State, within the limits permitted by international law; negotiate with the government of the receiving state; obtain information by lawful means about the conditions and evolution of events in the receiving State and report in this regard to the sending State; promote friendly relations and encourage the development of commercial, economic, cultural and scientific relations and cooperations between the sending State and the receiving State. The ongoing programs that your government can apply to by having an Embassy in Brezzia are the Brezzian Trade Exchange and the Brezzian Military Supply. Consular sections of the Embassies and Consulates in Brezzia are able to provide administrative services for the citizens of the sending State residing abroad. Besides consular services, Consulates are able to provide the points 2, 4, and 5 above in the Brezzian territory of their competence. Diplomatic agents and consular officers, as well as embassy staffs and consulate employees, will enjoy internationally recognized diplomatic and consular immunities respectively. These immunities will not be extended to service staffs. I also inform you that the Brezzian law does not allow the owning of foldable and telescopic weapons, teaser and pepper spray, even by Red Guards in service. The Brezzian government discourages your security staff to bring this weapons in your diplomatic missions as the carrying of these equipments shall be avoided outside their territory. Finally, the opening of an Embassy constitutes a recognition of the legitimacy of a government. Since and fascism is not an opinion but a crime, Brezzia does not recognize the legitimacy of any fascist governments, therefore its government will reject any appliction from them. The Eulabian embassy will serve to establish strong diplomatic ties between our two nations, facilitate cultural and educational exchanges, provide consular services to Eulabian citizens in Brezzia, and work to develop economic and trade relations.

The proposed diplomatic mission would consist of an Ambassador, 2 senior diplomatic officers, 5 junior diplomatic officers, 10 administrative and technical staff, and 10 security personnel. It is understood that all members of the mission will enjoy the privileges and immunities as stipulated in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

In terms of security measures, our 10 personnel will complement the security arrangements already in place. Our security staff will be equipped with standard non-lethal equipment, such as batons, pepper spray, and personal protective equipment, as well as limited quantities of sidearms for high-risk situations. All these measures adhere strictly to the international standards, ensuring the safety of embassy personnel and the integrity of its operations.
