☭ PARTICIPATION PROCESS
Formal Expression of Interest: Nations interested in establishing diplomatic relations are required to submit a formal expression of interest to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Erudia All-Union. This document should include the nation's intent, along with the preferred site for the embassy.
Negotiation and Agreement: Upon receiving expressions of interest, our diplomatic teams will initiate negotiations with the respective nations to establish the terms of diplomatic relations and the specific location of their extraplanetary embassy.
Embassy Establishment: Following successful negotiations, preparations for the establishment of the embassy or consulate will commence. Experts will provide support in embassy construction, logistics, and staff training.
☭ TERMS & CONDITIONS- Termination of Relations
1. Termination by Mutual Agreement:
- Diplomatic relations between the Erudia All-Union and participating nations may be terminated by mutual agreement. A formal request for termination shall be submitted in writing to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Unilateral Termination:
- The Erudia All-Union reserves the right to unilaterally terminate diplomatic relations with a participating nation in the event of a breach of diplomatic protocols, international law, or acts of aggression. A formal notice of termination will be issued.- Confidentiality and Security
1. Information Security:
- All sensitive information exchanged during diplomatic relations shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Participating nations are required to implement stringent information security measures to protect classified and sensitive data.
2. Protection of Erudian Interests:
- The Erudia All-Union shall take appropriate measures to safeguard its national interests, including the protection of classified information.- Diplomatic Immunity
1. Diplomatic Immunity Granted:
- Diplomatic staff and accredited personnel of participating nations shall be granted diplomatic immunity in accordance with established international norms and conventions.
2. Limitations:
- Diplomatic immunity does not extend to criminal activities committed within the Erudia All-Union, nor does it cover civil disputes of a personal nature.- Subject to Erudian Law

- All diplomatic staff and accredited personnel, while enjoying diplomatic immunity, shall be subject to Erudian law for any criminal offenses committed outside the embassy within the territory of the Erudia All-Union.- Staff Size Limitations

- Participating nations may station a maximum of 50 diplomatic personnel at the planetary embassy or consulate, subject to negotiation.- Security Detail Limitations
1. Limitations on Security Detail:
- The use and deployment of armed security personnel at the extraplanetary embassy or consulate are subject to approval by the Erudian authorities. The number and armament of security personnel shall be determined through negotiation.- Vehicle Types and Quantity Restrictions
1. Vehicle Types:
- The use of vehicles by diplomatic missions shall be limited to non-military and civilian models, excluding military-grade or combat vehicles.
2. Quantity Limitation:
- Participating nations may station a maximum of 8 vehicles at the extraplanetary embassy or consulate, subject to negotiation.- Stance on Right-Wing Nations
1. Political Neutrality
- The Erudia All-Union maintains a stance of political neutrality and does not discriminate against participating nations based on their political ideologies. Diplomatic relations shall be based on the principles of mutual respect, cooperation, and adherence to international law.
These terms and conditions are binding upon participating nations in the Erudian Extraplanetary Embassy Program. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of diplomatic relations with the Erudia All-Union.
