NOTES:
Polygamy is a weird case. The Federal Laws state that “Polygamy, exercised with 2 or more lovers at the same time, sees those charged with polygamy to be charged with a minimum of $20,000 and $100,000.” The average of this is a simple $50,000 fine. The states define any extra sentences, with the most strict being Vermont and Maine, which have a max of 3 Years Prison, along with the fine. The least strict are Hudsonia, New Stonk, and Massachusetts.
“Hard Labor,” in terms of Mutiny, has the law stating “Mutiny, hereby defined as more than 5 military personnel rebelling from Military High Command, sees to it that a minimum sentence of 5 years imprisonment, with the maximum sentence being 10 years imprisonment, with 3 years forced labor following both verdicts.”
In terms of Desertion, laws state that “Desertion, defined as a singular military personell abandoning their post in the military, sees to it that a minimum sentence of 1 year imprisonment, a maximum of 3 years imprisonment, with 2 years forced Military involvement following any sentence related to Desertion.”
Terrorism is usually charged with a Jail Sentence, but a separate part of the law states “…however, when in the case of Terrorism involving 5 or more dead, Execution is to be the charge for any case, no matter reason.”
Please note that these are the lowest sentences allowed in the least strict state per law, and the max listed here being the most strict state’s max.
The two types of execution allowed are Firing Squad and Lethal Injection.
