Overview
The Democratic People´s Republic of Gustavovich is an enormous, socialist state, which has been for a long time isolated from the international view, but, in recent times, the Great Leader of the Republic, Comrade Gustav Gustavovich, gave a speech to the People in which he mentioned the necessity for a proximity with other friendly states. Given that fact, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a worldwide communication inviting countries to establish formal diplomatic missions in the DPRG.
Special Diplomatic Area of Capital City of Gustavopol
It was built a Special Diplomatic Area within Gustavovich´s capital, Gustavopol. All diplomatic missions, are to be located in that area. The Diplomatic Area is a new neighbourhood, in which buildings are padronized, there being small, medium and big embassy and consulate complexes
Diplomatic Immunity Legislation
Article 1 of the Diplomatic Legislation states that all diplomats that hold Ambassador, Consul, Minister or Chargé d´Affairs rank are to given immunity, except for High Crimes Against the State and the People
Rules
1. The D. P. R. of Gustavovich reserves it´s right to deny the application of unfriendly diplomatic missions.
2. The Overseer-General´s Office for Diplomatic Missions shall analise your country´s profile and application and shall deliberate a communication informing the result of the application, and the embassy space.
3. It is suggested, for larger countries, that the number of staff, being those Diplomatic/General/Security be max. 50/100/50
4. It is suggested, for average countries, that the number of staff, being those Diplomatic/General/Security be max. 25/50/25
5. It is suggested, for smaller nations, that the number of staff, being those Diplomatic/General/Security be max. 10/20/10
6. Therefore, the Overseer-General´s Office for Diplomatic Missions may adequate and suggest staff numbers.
