Section leader and his 2IC carries a standard assault rifle but attached with 40mm under barrel grenade launcher to assist in giving signal or command during a battle. A section can be further divided into two fire teams; one team led by the Section Leader (CPL); the other by the 2nd In Charge (LCPL). Each squad consist of one soldier armed with a 5.56mm Light Machine Gun for Section Automatic Weapon role, or equipped with a 40mm Multiple Grenade Launcher; and 2x Light Anti Tank weapons divided in the two fire teams. In a fight, one element will lay down suppressing fire while the other act as maneuver team to flank, close in and destroy the enemies.

Notes on Platoon Tactical Drone Operator:

Following the Russo-Ukraine War of 2002; and upon observation of the effectiveness of tactical light drones in support of light infantry, Aeyariss Imperial Army also decided to adapt drone warfare capabilities at the tactical level.

One Specialist serve as the Tactical Drone Operator at Platoon HQ, controlling the platoon attack drone arsenal (generally the light weight Wind Blade Attack Drone) under the direction of the Platoon Leader, or pilot one of the Mavic based quadcopter drone for tactical reconnaissance.

Imperial Guards	Elite branch; primary role: protective security details of the palace and members of the royal family. Secondary role: personal troops under direct command of the Emperor, Crown Prince or other designated royal commander and as main component in the military OPFOR Program. Fully funded by the individual royalty and not under War Ministry chain of command.
Aeyariss Imperial Army (AIA)	Land warfare component of the Aeyariss military. Tasked with defence of the Realm, defence of the territorial sovereignty.

COMMAND STRUCTURE OF THE IMPERIAL AEYARISS ARMY

OVERVIEW

While the Monarch (His Imperial Majesty Emperor Raizen III of Aeyariss) is a six stars general officer rank, overall command, management and supervision falls to the Chief of Army Operations, the only gazetted Five Stars general officer during peacetime military currently held by Field Marshal Henry von Reinhart while and his deputy commander; the Vice Chief of Army is currently held by General Dumas Churchill von Kaize.

Training and Doctrine Command, , oversaw all the training camps including the Imperial Defense University (White Rose). The Army Logistic Command oversaw and coordinates all the Support Elements regiments and corps among the Imperial Aeyariss Army. Both these organizations are commanded by a four star general and report directly to the Chief of Army Operations.

Currently the Imperial Army consists of 18 Regiments and Corps. Their units are organized into 7 Military Command Theaters with seven combined arms field armies; one special forces army group; one airborne army group, and three army group level of combat service and support elements.

Approximate Strength: 4,800-6,000 Soldiers.

Commanding Officer Rank: Colonel/ Brigadier General

Roles: Light infantry; localized defense.

T.A Regiment is part of the Reserve components in the Imperial Aeyariss Army. Most of its Soldiers consist of young Aeyariss men serving in their compulsory 21 months National Service - this is a requirement prior to University enrollment - but a large bulk of the regiments are also manned by civilians Soldiers who serve for extra income or former Regular Army personnel who completed their service contracts but wishes to remain as part of the uniform service.

T.A regiments are generally on active training status due to the ongoing National Service Program, hence their operational capability is considered much higher than other nations reservist army which designed their Reservist force under 'weekend warriors' system.

Like all other tactical formation in the Imperial Aeyariss Army, a T.A Regiment is designed, trained and expected to be able to fight and hold their assigned tactical area of responsibility independently. Older towed artillery system like 105mm packed howitzers and 155mm howitzer had been transferred to the T.A regiments to support their role.

T.A Regiments can also be use to augment Field Army tactical formations in their military command areas. T.A often trained alongside with the Regular forces to build and maintain unit cohesion, and operates as a second line of defence in a defensive war. T.A regiments personnel are not mobilized for expeditionary operations abroad however.
