Frokolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Greetings, and welcome to the Union of Frokolia's official embassy program.
The Union of Frokolia is a syndicalist federal republic situated in Central Europe, spanning from the Memel to the Rhine, and from Jutland to the Alps, and with a diverse mix of peoples, cultures and languages, including Frokolian, Polish, Francish and several others. The head of state is the Union Chancellor, and the head of government is Union Federal Government, composed of three parliamentary branches; the Union Council, the People's Council, and the Industrial Council. The Frokolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as an office directly related to international affairs, is directly tied to the Union Council, which is the branch that deals with such matters.
With all that aside, the Foreign Ministry welcomes any and all nations to open diplomatic relations with the Union, and looks forward to new applications to establish embassies and/or consulates. While Frokolia itself is set in 1932, any nation of any tech level past or shortly before this time period is welcome. Nations which align themselves with the far-right, or are generally authoritarian or totalitarian are very likely to be denied.
Guidelines
- All embassies will be located in Köseroff. Consulates may be selected to be located in Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Köln, Stuttgart and München. Each nation is allowed to have 1 consulate in each city.
- Any and all embassies and consulates and their premises shall be treated as territory of the nations which they belong to, and this sovereignty will be respected by the Frokolian government and authorities.
- Embassies and consulates are limited to 25 administrative, service and security staff in total.
- Embassies and consulates are allowed a maximum of 3 above-ground levels and 1 below-ground level.
- Security staff are limited to (per person): 2 handguns, 1 assault rifle and 2 smaller non-lethal items (ex: pepper spray). Explosives are restricted. Any type of weapon not listed will not be permitted.
- Embassies and consulates may have a maximum of 7 civilian/land vehicles, which will be permitted to be lightly armored if requested.
- Small or medium-sized ordinary pets may be allowed.
The Frokolian government and the Union Chancellor both reserve the right to deny the establishment of an embassy with any nation, as well as the right to close an existing embassy for any reason given. There are no exceptions.

If your government would like to request the establishment of an embassy and/or consulate in the Union of Frokolia, then please fully fill out the form below. If any field cannot be filled with the required information, simply leave "N/A" in its place. If your nation wishes to establish multiple consulates, you may simply copy the initial consular section.
