The Abrahamic Republic of Zarnicovia Nova is a large nation in the western portion of North America, Zarnicovia Nova is a leading player in the tech and manufacturing businesses. Zarnicovia Nova is a Presidential Federal Republic divided into 4 Commonwealths and a National Federal District and has a population of over 100 million people and a GDP of over 8 trillion NSD. Since gaining independence from the United States in 1867 and 1873 under the leadership of General Mahometus Abdullah Zarnicovia Nova became a Federal Republic, under his and later successful presidents Zarnicovia Nova went from North America's Wild West to a strong power in military, industrial, and cultural sectors.
Zarnicovia Nova is a very metropolitan country with significant influences from China, America, England, Turkey, Mexico, and Spain along with all the immigrants from all over the world who have helped contribute to Zarnicovia Nova's growth and development. The country is well known for its religiosity and united the 3 major Abrahamic Religions in peace and co-prosperity.

The Embassy and Consulate Program of Zarnicovia Nova is under the direct authority of the President of Zarnicovia Nova and is managed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The president and the president alone may have the authority by virtue of his office to accept or reject any application.
Regulations
Zarnicovia Nova is a stable and secure country however, we are currently aware that they may be concerns regarding security due to known active terrorist cells within ZN especially in Victoria, and New Mexico. Therefore, the number of security personnel is limited to 25, and members of the Federal National Police may be deployed to aid security.
Weapons must follow Zarnicovian Novan Freedom to Bear Arms Act which outlines Zarnicovia Nova gun control along with other regulations. Weapons are restricted to rifles, pistols, SMGs, Melee, and non-lethal weapons. NO heavy snipers, HMGs, Rocket Launchers, Explosives, Grenades, etc. Embassies may not stockpile weapons, with the maximum amounts of total lethal guns allowed being 100. No limit on melee or non-lethal weapons. Any guns leaving the embassy either must be declared to the proper authorities or previously be registered with the Agency for Firearms and Explosives.
No armored vehicles are allowed, and unarmored military vehicles must remain in the embassy unless otherwise directed, armored civilian vehicles are allowed and may be used outside the compound. The embassy may include a small helipad and 1 civilian helicopter.
Consulates are subjected to the same regulations.
