The First Foreign Secretariat of Camelone

In an effort to streamline foreign relations High King Cyneric II has elected to consolidate the various royal offices dealing with foreign relations under the First Foreign Secretariat of Camelone. Under the old system each of the kingdoms, grand duchies, and duchies had their own offices of foreign relations under the authority of the High King's office of foreign relations, through his kingdom title and not his title as High King, that had to be negotiated with leading to several confusing situations where some countries would have several ambassadors from Camelone without a clear cut program of who was in charge. Now all of these offices must go through the First Foreign Secretariat, the FFS, which brings the heads of all the chief ambassadors of the various fiefs into a council system with the Directorate appointed by the High King. This new Directorate, under the program of High King Cyneric II, is now fixing the remnants of the old system, most notably ensuring Camelone's embassy's are streamlined and functioning properly in foreign lands. Additionally they are in charge of answering any questions that foreigners have in regards to Camelone and her people, culture, and religion.
For those seeking to establish an embassy within the borders of Camelone, or make sure their embassy is still within the bounds of the new regulations the FFS will work with all nations to ensure a smooth transition and establishment of new relations. The external security of all embassies will be provided by the Royal and Catholic Army of Camelone's military police, and a detachment of Knights of the Wild Wolf will patrol the area for an added layer of protection. Small arms are permitted for the security staff as well as non-lethal weapons, lethal kits are limited to the number of security staff.
