The Constitution secures the independance of the three main powers, the Lesgislative, the Executive and the Juditial. We are loccated in the Zecrarth Region.

San Bernard is known for its environmental beauty, sports like surf, windsurf or scubadive. The vessels that are found underwater are regularly visited by scuba divers and have been used to be part of sets for movies.
