Very recently, Candesian Ministry Of Flag And Banner has submitted a proposal to the long vacation taking Governor Tomkins MacJohan, via the message, where it says that they are not satisfied with their nation's flag. They wrote the following reasons :-


1. Flag is very similar with those of Yugoslavia flag, which was the communist nation, that don't exist today.

2. The flag of Candesia may symbolize Communism, which the less-than half of population have fears that recalling the Soviet Union, they may built a prison, where people will be tortured, just as it is Gulag of USSR.

3. Most people says that they copied with the flag of France. The difference is that, the flag of France is vertically tricolored, whereas the Candesia's flag is horizontally tricolored. Also, they copied with the flag of Netherlands. Difference is that the flag of Netherlands is red on the above and blue on the bottom ; and the flag of Candesia is opposite of it.

4. Most officials witnessed that the Governor was unable to symbolize the tricolor of Candesia.

5. Some flag officers said that no symbols like eagles, star, etc. will convenient with it.


So, from the above reasons, the Governor asked all the nations either from its own region or different regions that they should change their flag or not. So, he requested to vote on the above.

But the thing is I can't find any emblem that I could put in my flag. Do you have any idea of websites that I can make in my own without any watermark of the company.

There are many websites out there that can help you, you really just have to search for them. I designed a pretty basic government logo (not really a coat of arms) with a website I found which can be seen on my primary banner and on this dispatch.

I said I'm satisfied with the current flag. But I made a suggestion as I thought it could be a constructive proposal for a flag change.

Btw, using a website to design a CoA is kind of the easy way, if you want to create a truly unique and cool emblem for you state you can always try to check a few tutorials on Photoshop or GIMP or any other photo editing software, or just pay/ask someone which knows what he is doing to help you.

Any update on the new flag design?

The flag of Yugoslavia is older than communist Yugoslavia. It was adopted in 1918, and pan-slavic colors are even older than that. The concerns about communism and gulag don't make much sense, it is far from the first thing one thinks about when seeing an old blue-white-red tricolor.

It is somewhat generic however, so we'd recommend revising it anyway.

If you wish, I can try designing a new flag to your specifications.

An Important Changes

If a nation chooses to change my flag, then they have to/can design me a flag in the next forum later.

Since, some nations might have choose the first option most from the two reasons :- 1. By reading the reasons given by The Candesian Ministry Of Flag And Banner, 2. By looking at the majority, he/she might have preferred to go to it, 3. By thinking and examining my flag (which is important for me). So, I would like to test that thing.
