OOC: What is your military's greatest flaw?

Every military has it's flaws, don't deny it. So what is yours?

The Bafurian Military still uses Vietnam War era tactical doctrines. We still use Semi-Automatic rifles, monochrome uniforms and most of our troops have weak body armor, if any.

No. Headshots will kill us. You have to fire at least 10 bullets at the same place to kill us anywhere else though.

Our greatest flaw is probably the fact that we have little to no combat experience. Obviously, an army with seasoned, combat-hardened veterans would have an advantage over us. On the other hand, we look at our training program as similar to an astronaut program - you have to get it right on the first try. And there are plenty of wars in the world for us to observe and learn from.

Another flaw is our cultural reluctance to kill people. It is feared that in a life-or-death situation, many of our soldiers would prefer to give their own lives rather than kill the enemy. That's why our doctrines emphasize achieving objectives rather than inflicting casualties.

Both of those flaws are somewhat mitigated by our extensive experience in peacekeeping operations, which have taught us how to control people, both civilian and military, without killing them.

Lesser flaws include lack of body armour, a possibly undersized (5.56x45mm) main weapon, limited air support, etc.

We use droids for about 25% of our overall military population, so for the standard models, an electromagnetic pulse or hacking will disable them. For the rest of that 75%, our military is occupied by clones, each taking 14 years to build (About 22 years in human years), meaning if the facilities are destroyed recruitment will halt.

Alright, I'll choke it up. Our entire military lives in splendor due to our large amounts of funding to the military, causing the military to be unprepared for a bloody battle. But they are professionally trained, I can assure you.
