Greetings and welcome to Sophya's Embassy Programme! After a period of planning and organizing, our nation has decided to finally open up its own long-awaited diplomatic missions programme. By letting us host one of your embassies, your staff will receive diplomatic immunity while working to better our nations' relationship and you may provide assistance (including legal protection) to your country's tourists, journalists, and immigrants who are currently residing in Sophya. Eligible ambassadors who choose to set up their own chanceries in Sophya will be received with open arms.

Criteria
Sophya is only interested in a select few nations setting up embassies in her cities. If your nation cannot meet the following criteria, please don't apply.
- Your nation must be a World Assembly member.
- A costums declarations card must be filled out before diplomatic staff takes any jewelry, drugs, weapons, plants, food, business goods, and amounts of money worth more than 100,000 Sophyan crowns across the border into Sophya.
- Any diplomatic staff entering Sophya must not bring any animals or animal products. This is stricly illegal and could make the embassy defunct.
Some Information Regarding Sophya's Cities
Polity
Polity is Sophya's largest city and capital. It buzzes with life during the day, yet is surprisingly calm at night. The population is cheerful and their many pet doves can be seen flying between Polity's skyscrapers. If you want to be where everything happens, this is the place for you. Current embassies: N/A.
Katla
Katla is our most dangerous city, where drug use is high and optimism is low. Crime and suicide rates are some of the worst in the nation. We don't recommend this city for diplomats unless they have heavy security escorting them at all times. Though, Katla could certainly use all the help it can get. Current embassies: N/A.
Sotholm
Sotholm: the city of boats. Nearly all citizens live in boat homes and make money by diving for seaweed. In the evening, citizens congregate on the beaches to eat barbequed food and spend time with their families around the campfire. This is the ideal place for your embassy if you're looking to party and have fun. Current embassies: N/A.
Isli
Isli is the coldest city in Sophya and has the smallest population. The community here is tight-knit and friendly, more closely resembling a town than a city. Come to Isli if you're looking for long-lasting friendships and a sense of belonging. Current embassies: N/A.
Halfors
With rivers, mountains, and fjords galore, Halfors has the most beautiful surroundings. This is where the majority of Sophya's Buddhists have chosen to reside. The populace is mindful of life's ephemerality and knows to take one day at a time. This is the perfect place to come to and meditate on your purpose in life. Current embassies: N/A.
Kopenvik
Kopenvik is a colourful and culturally rich city. On each and every street corner, you'll discover a new, awe-inspiring building with its own unique personality. Kopenvikers are some of the most intelligent and well-read people in all of Sophya. Come here if you're looking for decent conversational partners. Current embassies: N/A.
