May or may not be criminalised for the poor and middle-classes, depending on the perversion. - Drunk Driving:

Illegal but murders of the poor are often unsolved especially if their lifestyles are illegal or frowned upon and/or if a wealthy or otherwise powerful person is involved in the murders. - Marijuana:
Legal, a major industry and one of the few things kept affordable (to placate people). - Child Labor:
Legal and common. - Emigration:
Legal but unaffordable. - Weapon ownership/keeping:

- Drunk Driving: Fine proportional to distance travelled, blood alcohol level and repeat offenses. Each instance gives 4 points to your license (10 points = license revoked unless you retest or successfully appeal)
- Prostitutes: Technically illegal, but law is very, very rarely enforced. Theoretical punishment is 1-2 years imprisonment for both parties involved.
- Murder: Illegal, punishable by maximum of life in prison (life typically being around 25 years)
- Marijuana: Legal to anyone over 18. Underage possession or purchase gives a fine of $300.
- Child Labor: Illegal, punishable by maximum 10 years in prison for person using the labour.
- Emigration: Legal.
- Weapon ownership/keeping: Weapons are graded into 6 categories. Class 0 are everyday weapons like blunt knives that don't need licenses to get, Classes 1-4 need licenses which vary in length of verification times and Grade 5 are military grade which are illegal to citizens. - Prostitutes: None punishment if it's with the correct sanitarian standars, if not it's 1-3 years in prision.
- Murder: 20-27 years in prision, if it's severe dead penalty.
- Marijuana: None punishment if it's with your local authorities and sanitarian standards, if not 3-6 years in prision.
- Child Labor: 1 year in prision, 3 years in a labor camp and forever in community service.
- Emigration: None punishment if it's with passport, if isn't it's given a fee of 200 dollars, if the passager occults something like a gun it's deportation or 5-9 years in prision in more severe cases.
