Parents will no longer be referred to as mom and dad in Achaia and Thracia
The new names given to parents are Giver and receiver
The giver is the one who gives sperm, and the receiver is the one that receives sperm
This was decided by the 12 members of the Assembly together with the Imperial couple Gregorios and Aikaterini
Anybody who are caught using the term mom/mother/dad/father will be jailed for 1 year. If they keep using it after they have been released they get 5 years. Than 10 years. If they do not stop after that. They will be executed.

Parents will be jailed for 1 year, and the child or children will be sendt to a re-education program for 1 year and than sendt to foster parents, the biological parents will be sterilized and will never be allowed to be parents again.

Mother and Father and even Parent carry many cultural contexts that exist independently of one's biological contexts.
We are mostly mammalian so that works the same (well unless you're a dragon or are egg laying avian-mammal hybrid like a griffon)
Adoption, altersexual reproduction, and so forth prove that mother and father are not about biological functions especially in cisnormative terms. Some fathers give birth, some do not, same with mothers who "sire" children rather than birth, and of course some parents do not call themselves either but simply parent or any other genderless term.
If this is your customs, we can only respect it as any foreign custom no matter how odd we find it here. However, we would like to invite you to hear our education on gender and sexuality, from our expert sexologists who not study in our universe but have studied many other universes in the multiverse.
Family is not about blood, semen, or genes, but a loving household and the spirit of siblinghood and friendship. I am a father, brother, son, and grandson, I beget my children and I have adoptive children both are the same to me, whether or not they spring from the bodies of myself or their parents too, my husbands and wives, one of whom is the Baroness of the noble Bach family.
Even so, the sovereign is like our father or mother, so are the Gods and Goddesses, though some literally are according to some familial lore. If this were to happen it would not only be an attack on our family values, but it would reduce the genders to reproductive function and imply that only cissexual people are the only valid examples of gender. I disagree with this and think this is cruel. The children should call them mom or dad, nothing else. If the child ever calls mom or dad by their first name, they will get sent to discipline school.
