It is seen as a security risk and an economic hardship should our nation accept hundreds or thousands of people from areas that do not share similar customs and beliefs, such as those coming from especially impoverished or violent cultures.

If a refugee is accepted into our country they are closely monitored and must register regularly with an appropriate immigration office, otherwise they face immediate deportation. Those that become well adjusted to life in our country and show loyalty can eventually apply for citizenship if they so choose.

- The applicant is being targeted (persecuted) for its ethnicity/race, political opinion/affiliation (facists and communists not included), or for being part of minority groups.
- The applicant is being a target of assassination by its nation's government.
- The applicant's origin is a neighboring country that is fighting a defensive war, or is at a civil war.

The Refugee Visa is, normally, valid for 2 years and can be extended after re-evaluation. If the refugee is from East Sigurachia, citizenship will be granted upon request, within 6 months before the visa expires. The re-evaluation will analyze if the country of origin is still poses a threat to the refugee.

Once granted a Refugee Visa, the refugee will have have, almost, the same rights as a citizen, with the exception being political rights (ie. right to vote, run for a seat), and the right to buy firearms, which can be granted in specific cases where the refugee is in danger. If the refugee commits a robbery, physical assault, or a heinous crime, the visa will be revoked.

We accept only refugees who are in solidarity with our ideology (materialism, socialism, emancipation). This saves us from problems with religious fanaticism or unacceptable traditions of refugees. REFUGEE POLICY IN SARAWAK DARULHANA
Sarawak Darulhana through the Ministry of Home Affairs and the National Immigration Department has outlined several conditions to accept refugees from abroad

1. Sarawak Darulhana only accepts refugees from troubled countries such as Palestine, Syria, Iraq and Yemen on the condition that they must be Muslim and Sunni and memorize the Quran and the hadith of the prophet. This is how they will work as temporary instructors at the Islamic learning center. They only given a period of 3 years to earn money in Sarawak Darulhana by becoming a religious teacher. After a period of 3 years, they will be sent back to their place of origin or settle in Sarawak Darulhana on the condition that they have to take an oath in front of His Majesty the Sultan to become Sarawakians and only hold "Permanent Resident Non-Citizenship" status.

2.Sarawak Darulhana has a strict policy against Rohingya refugees. This is because these refugees, who mostly live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaya has "showed power" by oppressing the Malays themselves. This matter is taken very seriously by Sarawak Darulhana.The Ministry of Home Affairs has outlined guidelines for the Rohingya refugees including:
a).Rohingya refugees who came by boat will be sent back to Myanmar.
b).The government only takes potential Rohingya refugees for religious activities or the building construction sector.
c).the residence of Rohingya refugees will be monitored by the army to avoid incidents in Malaya happening in Sarawak Darulhana

3.for refugees from the Southern Philippines and West Kalimantan, they are required to learn Sarawak Malay language and MUST BE MUSLIM.they are only given a period of 3 years in Sarawak to find a source of income through labor or religion-based work. After a period of 3 years, they will be sent home or become citizens of Sarawak by taking an oath witnessed by His Majesty the Sultan and holding the status of "Permanent Residents Non-Citizen"

We proudly boast of refugees who have fled their home nations, both due to being persecuted minorities back home and being victims of extremist and Islamist violence.

Under rare and extraordinary circumstances we have been known to accept some non-Muslim refugees. Laasmistani policy is not to deny them, but they are simply considered to be lower priority for resettlement due to the potential cultural shock and difficulties adjusting they would experience in a Muslim majority nation. Regardless, all potential refugees are screened to ensure none are Islamist spies or terrorists trying to gain access to the nation's most vulnerable communities.
