The Cosnicu Union is a supranational government composed of smaller, autonomous states. The union itself creates and enacts nationwide laws, and sets guidelines and restrictions for its member states. The individual member states vary in laws and the opinions of the populations within them.

Laws Regarding Embassies
- The primary embassy of the approaching nation must be constructed in the political district Chancery.
- Other embassies may be constructed in the following member states:

- Kafyr
- Andervohnn

- Thukarku
- Embassies may be placed near, but not directly against or within military complexes.
- Individuals may seek asylum according to the visiting nation's laws and customs within that embassy's grounds
- Embassies may not be used by organizations outside of the visiting nation's government
- In the case of corporate governments, a seperate, indipendent organization may construct the embassy on behalf of the visiting nations, and may not lease the embassy's land or use it for anything outside of its intinded purpose.
- Citizens from the visiting nations may seek asylum in Cosnicu land, waters, or aerospace.
- For those planning to immigrate to Cosnicu, they must follow the immigration process, regardless for their means and reasoning for immigrating.
- Horizontal embassies (embassies which require or warrant a plot of land solely dedicated to their use) may occupy a maximum land space of 1000 square meters and may sonctruct stable structures up to 5 kilometers in height
- Vertical embassies (embassies that are part of another building) may be constructed inside the chancery with a volume of up to 100 million cubic meters. Structurally relevant parts of the building may not be tampered with, damaged, or destroyed
- Embassies may not evict residents on that plot of land or conduct demolition of Cosnicu structures without permission from the Speakers, the visiting nation, and the government of the member state that manages the land they wish to alter.
- Embassy staff and residents are expected to follow all laws regarding pollution, and a safe means of waste disposal will be provided
- No more than one embassy may be constructed in any major city
- The political district is required to have an embassy on the grounds of the Political District Chancery, warranting a second Embassy or Consulate for the rest of the city.
- invasive species must be contained appropriately, and individuals planning to stay in Cosnicu for a period of over 24 hours must participate in disease screening before entering Cosnicu soil, waters, or aerospace.
- Any arms the visiting nation uses outside or near the outside of the embassy must use nonlethal rounds. Any melee weapons must also be made nonlethal.
- The visiting nation may keep up to sixty four marked vehicles in order to evacuate personell and citizens. The vehicles may be armored, but not armed in any way. Evacuation routes will be provided by the Union and be cleared in the case of an evacuation. These vehicles may not be abused and will be screened during the evacuation if they are suspected of doing so.
- In the case of embassy staff committing a crime in Cosnicu soil, waters, and aerospace, they will be tried, and if found guilty of a substantial enough sentence, be sent back to their home nation for trial. If a Cosnicu Citizen commits a crime inside an embassy, The embassy is required to send them back to Cosnicu's courts if found guilty, regardless of punishment warranted by that nation for said crime.
- Using the Embassy for smuggling, bribery, espionage, or as a staging ground for an assault or means to infringe upon the rights of Cosnicu citizens is prohibited.
- The Embassies may not confine dragons and should send injured or harmed dragons in their embassy's soil, waters, and aerospace to a Cosnicu Veterinary Agency
- Embassies constructed on the waters and aerospace of Cosnicu must anchor the embassy in a area which will not cause loss of life should the embassy's means of staying afloat or airborne be compromised.
