Uschern enrolled in the Innsbruck Parochial School where he would graduate middle school, getting honors in 5th, and 6th grades respectively, and then moving to the Munich National Science Institute where he would study journalism alongside a normal curriculum at that time, and by senior year, he was one of the best chess players in the world ranking 2971.

He graduated with flying colors and traveled to the International Pacific University where he took up political science and economics, while he was studying, a message was sent to him, unfortunately telling him that both his father and mother were both assassinated a week apart a month after his departure for the IPU in the Philippines. Uschern was devastated to learn that both his biological parents died, and so, he went through a depressing period.

He began smoking and drinking, his grades began tanking, but with the support of his teachers and roommates all around, he slowly recovered and being his old self again, he graduated from the IPU with a Valedictorian in Economics and Political Science, where then he traveled back to Munich and signed up for a job in the government in Bavaria, just like his dad. Eventually, he became an ambassador for the main government, and was hired as an ambassador. He still carried his chess career as he did his ambassadorial duties, playing in online tournaments and winning them, and that’s how he spends his free time.

Dear esteemed Minister,

In the name of the Gods and the Goddesses, most gracious, most merciful. Salutations to you and the people of Marlducro.

I write on behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Jayanagara VII as well as H.E. Premier Sri Indra Thohir and his government. By the mandate vested in me I hereby wish to apply for the establishment of a Majapahiti diplomatic mission, represented by an Embassy, in the Federal Republic of Marlducro. This decision is taken in accordance with His Imperial Majesty's foreign policy to instate and strengthen diplomatic ties with nations from around the world.

Should you accept our application, His Imperial Majesty shall appoint Mr. I Wayan Pradipta as Duta Besar Luar Biasa dan Berkuasa Penuh (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary) accredited to the Federal Republic of Marlducro. He shall perform his duties professionally and responsibly in service of his nation as the highest representative of our Emperor.

We have reviewed the prerequisites necessary for the establishment of our diplomatic mission. Attached to this letter you may find the filled embassy application form in addition to a letter of credence for Ambassador Pradipta from His Imperial Majesty.

We hope that cordial and positive relations between our two nations can be established and maintained for the years to come.

In this role, she gradually progressed from an intern to a senior advisor. When the Office of Foreign Affairs was created, the Shadow Ministries were all prohibited, and she gained employment at the Office of Foreign Affairs.
