The area of blue and white waves represent a stormy sea, the dark and light grey a stormy sky. They represent the constant inclement weather we experience, and in a less overt sense the tumultuous journey, both literal and figurative, we endured to arrive and survive in our new land.
The blue circle represents egalitarian equality; the red star, which evolved from a stylized fox head, represents intelligence and guile. Both symbols were the insignia of two underground science organizations that escaped persecution by resurgent religious authorities in an alternate 16th century England where the Church clamped down of the Enlightenment. The gold border represents the strength and unity of our people.
The insignia's placement above and apart from the the sea and the storm represents the dispassion and integrity of science and the superiority of our way of life in the midst of the undisciplined chaos of outsider nations.

It was designed by an art student, Petrovka Schillinger, a 19 year old graphic design major, as her entry in a contest sponsored by the Council of Sciencemasters in the early Sixties to replace a more ornate, excessive, and baroque design. The old design was... interesting. There were tentacles (one reason the flag is still referred to as "Old Squiddy").

The holy Military Empire of Xaragia its a big country with a lot of citizens, every citizen has in his house weapon like swords and guns. In this country you may smoke cannabis on legal rights, because cannabis in this country grows in every home and commecical building. You may migrate here, but if you have a child you need gift it to army, because our army give your child hand-by-hand fight style and master skills in weapon and driving.

The flag was first shown in 1965.The red colour symbolises universal brotherhood and equality of man.The crescent moon represents Islam and a young nation on the ascendant.the 5 stars stand for the ideals of democracy, peace, progress, justice and equality.The white colour signifies pervading,everlasting purity and virtue.The purple colour represents unity and cooperation

[Grand Emilia]

"The National Flag of Grand Emilia, commonly referred to as The Purple Rose or just The Purple, is the national symbol of the Grand Emilia. The flag also sees use as the nation's naval jack and as the civil flag. The flag is known internationally for being the only primarily purple national flag.

The flag uses two shades of purple, Eminence and Lavender. The Eminence Purple is said to represent the elegance and culture of the people of Grand Emilia. The Lavender Purple represents the natural beauty of the islands, taking from the abundance of heather found on the Mainland. The centrepiece of the flag, the Rose, pays homage to the man who discovered Grand Emilia, Captain Rivers-Chiper, and his homeland of Yorkshire, England."

"The Legacy of Alistair is the National flag used by The Commonwealth of Orlesian States, original iterations of the National flag were used by Alistair Torwin, the first Great Orlesian Orator and Commander of the Orlesian Orator's Union (OOU), Alistair, alongside the OOU, were said to be truly courageous in their fight against the corrupt Emperor, Leonard Carastotza, so much so that they have been forever immortalized within the flag of Orlesia, the Lion represents both the national animal of Orlesia, the favorite of Alistair himself, the Orlesian Lion, and the Horse represents Alistair's warhorse that he relied on heavily during 'The Final Revolution', to which he named 'Astraeus'. Both Alistair and Astraeus saw the heaviest of fighting during 'The Final Revolution' and without their triumphant stand against the Emperor, The Commonwealth may very well not have been created."

[The Imperial Russian State]

The current flag of the Russian Empire was adopted in 1955 to replace the old imperial flag of 1914. The white symbolises nobility and frankness, the blue for faithfulness, honesty, impeccability and chastity and the red for courage, generosity and love. The imperial coat of arms and golden shield represent the monarchy and its central position symbolises the monarchy's importance in Russia's history.

The official flag of the nation of DiaperLand was adopted in 1976 and is similar to the preceding national banner, which featured the coat of arms of the former royal family in its center. The current flag features our national symbol, the diaper, in its center. The gold cross represents wealth and prosperity, and the red background represents the passion of the revolutionary heroes. The flag also features the letters D and L, which is the common abbreviation for DiaperLand.

The official Asuckian flag is defined in law as a 2:3 aspect ratio vertical tricolor consisting of equal bands of slate blue [004E5D], white [FFFFFF], and mustard yellow [E6C200]. The slate blue band represents the nation's island geography and the importance of maritime trade and piracy in its history. The white band signifies the Asuckian people's religiousness, as well as the government's strong commitment to maintaining peace. The yellow band is used as a representative of liberty, prosperity, and agriculture. A variant with the official government seal emblazoned in the middle of the white band may be flown outside government buildings on election days and certain other national holidays.
