How to build a communist country

Does anyone know how to build a communist country? I don't seem to see this initial option.

Socialism in NS is vaguely defined as countries with no economic freedom, medium-low political freedom, and mixed personal freedom. In order:

Countries with high personal rights, low economic freedom, and low political freedom are "Iron Fist Socialists" --- think most socialist states.

Countries with high personal rights, low economic freedom, and high political freedom are "Left-WIng Utopias" --- think an idealized view of literally any socialist state.

Countries with medium personal rights, low economic freedom, and high political freedom are "Liberal Democratic Socialists" --- think Scandinavia.

Countries with medium personal rights, low economic freedom, and medium political freedom are "Democratic Socialists" --- think Nicaragua.

Finally, countries with low personal rights, low economic freedom, and high political freedom are "Tyranny by Majority" --- think Stalin's original draft of the 1936 Constitution. There aren't any good examples of this type of state in real life.

Of course, since this is more or less a sandbox, feel free to ignore all of that and build your dream socialist society.
