Common places such as nature reserves, environmental protection demarcations, among others. But the one forest in question that not even the military is allowed to enter, the Whiston Forest.

It hides a newly discovered fungus that contains a mega viral virus called (whisvirus) or torment virus, scientists collected data on this virus and tested its way of proliferating in a closed place and the results are that all guinea pigs were contaminated and in less than an hour they had symptoms such as cough, throat irritation, lung failure (24 hours after contamination) and other series of symptoms that are still being studied.

Until scientists find a vaccine for the virus, it will be kept in the forest without proliferating and decimating the entire world.

There was an area in the state of Saskenya called Zone 44 which was closed for years due to its use as a nuclear testing site as well as being the site of one of Radiatia's biggest gulags during the communist era.

The area was reopened to the public in 4058 first as an area to house refugees when Radiatia decided to let in one million refugees from a nearby war, and since then has been converted into a national park - although there are still some areas that are off-limits for military use.

Along with all of the military bases, the Government District is off-limits to the general public. This district is a high-class neighborhood (rather than a true "district") where high-ranking government officials, including Leader Megatron, live. Even though they have the power to take on pretty much any threat, they want to be able to go home and relax without having to deal with any worthless rebels. Soldiers protect the entire area, and the Megatron Mansion itself is guarded by a special detachment of elite troops.

The Main Refinery is also off-limits to the public. This is where much of Cybertron's Energon is refined. There are several reasons it is a restricted area. First, Energon isn't just our fuel; it's our money. That basically makes the Main Refinery the national mint. Second, Energon is highly explosive, and we don't want some idiot setting it off. Third, since Energon is our fuel, it would be strategic for enemy nations to sabotage this particular refinery, or in the event of open warfare, bomb it. Like the Megatron Mansion, the Main Refinery is guarded by elite troops. As you might expect, there are many more troops here since the complex is much bigger.

Other refineries are officially off-limits too, but this is taken the most seriously at the Main Refinery because it's such a big, important, and obvious target.

Surprisingly, our other big industrial facility, the Main Foundry, is NOT off-limits. In fact, it's open to the public. There, anyone who causes trouble can simply be thrown into the handy Main Pit, which is a 1-mile-wide smelting pit that is embedded right in the floor. In terms of national security, it isn't nearly as important as the Main Refinery because we have little foundries all over the place. If the Main Foundry went down for some reason, a bit of production could be shifted to each of these little operations so that overall production would remain the same.

Foundries also have the natural security advantage of having running smelting pits in them. If a miscreant shows up, he can just be thrown into one of them and turned into some more ingots.

The Entity is surrounded by a border zone that starts from the city hills' summits, descends to the moat surrounding the Entity and terminates at the middle of the water. It is a high-security zone with soldiers patrolling the area and restricting entry to the general public. The border zone is also a nature reserve and urban greenbelt.

Public entry is forbidden due to the strategic military and civil installations within the zone. It contains bunkers for the Entity's citizens and forward operating bases for the city's security forces. Non-military people caught within the zone are punished with a year's service in the border security force or other sanctions such as fines or community service.

The residence of the Supreme Leader is highly guarded by personal guards and is closed to everyone except politicians inside and outside of Crossoveria. Military bases are also closed to the public as well. Anyone entering these places who do not get an invitation to come in will be escorted out.
