Section One - Legally Enforcable Rights
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1. Are your nation's citizens permitted to marry or form civil unions with those of the same sex? Yes, same-sex marriage is legal in Hverland.

In the early 1980s, the societal outlook on LGBT+ rights in Hverland was conservative. However, the rise of grassroots movements, influenced by global trends, started pushing for more acceptance and legal recognition. Activist groups began organizing Pride events, awareness campaigns, and lobbying for legislative changes as early as the late 1980s.

The first significant milestone was the passing of the Civil Unions Act in 1995, which provided legal recognition for same-sex couples. While not equivalent to marriage, it was a step towards legal acknowledgment. The Act granted same-sex couples property rights, inheritance rights, and limited adoption rights, but lacked some benefits like spousal healthcare and pensions.

The early 2000s saw vigorous activism and a more robust political dialogue around LGBT+ rights. The 'Marriage Equality Bill' was first introduced in the Fjallting (parliament) in 2003 but failed to pass. However, the discussion it stimulated marked a turning point, both in legislative halls and public discourse. A renewed version of the bill was introduced in 2007 and included clauses for full adoption rights and equal financial benefits.

After years of deliberation and public campaigning, same-sex marriage was finally legalized in 2010, effectively nullifying the Civil Unions Act and replacing it with a more inclusive marriage law.

2. Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children?

The passing of the Civil Unions Act in 1995 initially opened a narrow pathway for same-sex couples to adopt. The Act permitted adoption only if the child was biologically related to one of the partners. While not fully equitable, this was an important initial step toward recognition and laid the groundwork for future legislation.

As public attitudes started to shift in the 2000s, so did the dialogue around adoption rights for same-sex couples. Increasingly, studies showing the positive outcomes for children raised in same-sex households helped to challenge pre-existing prejudices. Lobbying organizations began targeting adoption laws as one of their primary focuses, resulting in significant media coverage and public discussion.

Even though the Marriage Equality Act made provisions for same-sex adoption, the practical implementation faced challenges. Early on, adoption agencies, some influenced by religious beliefs, were hesitant to fully comply with the new legal landscape. Legal battles ensued, ultimately affirming the right of same-sex couples to adopt without discrimination.

As of now, same-sex couples in Hverland have equal adoption rights, backed by a robust legal framework and widespread public support.

3. Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation?

Hate speech and discrimination against the LGBT+ community were not specifically addressed in Hverland's legal code until the late 1980s. Prior to that period, general laws on public decency and slander were occasionally applied but failed to offer adequate protection to the community.

The first major breakthrough came with the Equality Act of 1991, which explicitly outlawed discrimination based on sexual orientation in employment and housing. However, the Act did not directly address hate speech or provide explicit protections against public discrimination.

Over the next decade, the legal framework gradually evolved to include a wider range of protections. In 2003, an amendment was added to the Criminal Code that specifically categorized hate speech against LGB individuals as a punishable offense. This amendment set the precedent for prosecuting not just actions but also hateful rhetoric.

Around the mid-2000s, several high-profile hate crimes drew national attention and public outcry, which forced the government to reevaluate its stance. As public awareness grew, various NGOs and activists pushed for stronger legislation to counteract hate speech and discrimination against the LGBT+ community.

This momentum culminated in the Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Act of 2015. This groundbreaking legislation unified various fragmented laws into a comprehensive code that outlawed discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression in all sectors including employment, education, and public services. The Act also strengthened the legal framework against hate speech directed at LGBT+ individuals and groups and added transgender as a protected identity.

Today, hate speech against LGBT+ citizens is a criminal offense in Hverland, punishable by significant penalties including fines. Anti-discrimination laws are robust and well-enforced, with specialized units in the police force trained to handle cases related to LGBT+ hate crimes and discrimination.

4. Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people?

Although the Equality Act of 1991 marked a significant advancement by outlawing discrimination in employment and housing, it did not specifically address the issue of withholding goods and services from LGBT+ individuals. Some businesses continued to discriminate, citing "religious freedom" or "personal convictions" as their rationale.

The loophole was finally closed with the Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Act of 2015, which made it illegal for businesses and service providers to discriminate against anyone based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. This covered a wide range of services including healthcare, retail, hospitality, and more.

Today, it is illegal for Hverlandic citizens to withhold goods or services from LGBT+ people. Violators face significant legal repercussions, including fines and potential revocation of business licenses. However, there are challenges in enforcement. Instances of "covert discrimination" — where services are technically provided but are of substandard quality or come with unnecessary hurdles — still occur. Moreover, some businesses attempt to challenge the law on grounds of "religious freedom," although these cases are often unsuccessful in the court system.

While the legal framework is strong, there is an understanding among policy-makers and activists that the battle against discrimination is not solely legal but also cultural. Efforts continue to shift societal norms and attitudes, so the right to withhold goods or services from LGBT+ individuals becomes not just illegal but also socially unacceptable.

5. Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process?

In the past, the process for altering one's legal name and documents in Hverland was fraught with bureaucratic red tape and social stigmas. Prior to the 2000s, individuals had to go through a long and arduous court process to change their names, and even then, it was often denied on grounds that were openly or subtly discriminatory.

Things began to change significantly with the introduction of the Gender Recognition Act of 2011. This legislation was a milestone, making it explicitly legal for individuals who are transitioning to alter their legal names and documents without needing to prove medical transition. Still, the process was largely paper-based, requiring multiple visits to government offices and notarization of documents, making it difficult for those living in remote areas.

Today, the entire process can be completed online through a secure government portal. Once logged in, individuals can upload all required documents, including identification and any medical certificates if they choose to include them (although medical evidence is not legally required). The request is then processed electronically, with a digital signature serving as legal validation.

The digitization efforts have been overwhelmingly positive. Not only has this streamlined the administrative procedure, but it has also offered a level of privacy and dignity to individuals who may face social stigma during their transition. The process is also expedient, often being completed in as little as two weeks from the time of application.

6. Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation?

The first significant pro-LGBT+ organization in Hverland was founded in the late 1980s, named "Unity for LGB Rights". Originating in an era where LGBT+ rights were still widely stigmatized, the organization focused initially on the most pressing issues of that time—LGB (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual) rights, particularly decriminalization, anti-discrimination laws, and the fight for marriage equality. Over the years, Unity for LGB Rights has evolved but has remained largely focused on issues affecting the LGB community, leveraging its historical roots and extensive network.

In 2015, recognizing the need for a broader focus that includes the full spectrum of the LGBT+ community, a new organization called "Horizon Equality" was formed. This organization is more inclusive, covering issues beyond LGB rights, to also embrace transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals, as well as those with varying sexual orientations beyond the traditional categories.

Horizon Equality is lauded for its progressive stances and innovative advocacy methods, utilizing social media campaigns and virtual platforms to reach a younger and more diverse audience. While they operate at a national level, they are also forming strong regional chapters in the capital of Hverhöfn and rural municipalities to address specific localized needs and issues.

Both organizations, although differing in their focus and methods, have found ways to collaborate, especially in legislative advocacy and public awareness campaigns. Their distinct identities serve different yet complementary facets of the LGBT+ community, reflecting the multi-dimensional nature of the challenges and opportunities faced.

7. If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest?

Yes, both "Unity for LGB Rights" and "Horizon Equality," as well as other smaller groups and individuals advocating for LGBT+ rights, possess the constitutionally protected right to free assembly and public protest in Hverland. The government generally respects these rights and allows for the peaceful gathering of people for demonstrations, parades, and public speeches, including the annual Pride Parade. There are of course requirements to obtain permits and adhere to public safety regulations, but these are standard procedures applied across the board for all public gatherings, regardless of the subject matter.

While the right to assemble is enshrined in law, it is worth noting that protests and parades can sometimes encounter resistance from conservative groups or individuals opposed to LGBT+ rights. However, law enforcement agencies are generally effective in ensuring that such protests occur without violent incidents, thus affirming the legal protections in place.

8. Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online?

Similarly, the right to free speech is also upheld in Hverland, both for physical and digital spaces. Individuals and groups advocating for LGBT+ rights can freely express their views, campaign for policy changes, and educate the public without fear of legal repercussions solely based on the content of their advocacy. This includes online platforms, where Horizon Equality especially has been effective in leveraging social media for advocacy and education.

However, it is worth mentioning that, like many countries, Hverland does have laws against hate speech and harassment, which aim to balance the right to free speech with the need to protect individuals and groups from discrimination and harm. These laws are applicable both online and offline and are designed to protect the dignity and safety of all citizens, including those from the LGBT+ community.

9. Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services?

In Hverland, there is a well-established legal framework that protects LGBT+ citizens from discrimination in various aspects of public life, including the workplace, educational institutions, and the use of public services. The anti-discrimination laws explicitly list sexual orientation and gender identity as protected categories, and there are both civil and criminal penalties for institutions or individuals found guilty of discrimination.

Employers in Hverland are obligated to provide equal opportunities for all, irrespective of an employee's sexual orientation or gender identity. Similar protections exist in the realm of education, ensuring that LGBT+ students have access to the same quality of education as their peers and are protected from harassment or differential treatment by teachers, administrators, or fellow students. Public services, including healthcare and transportation, are likewise expected to serve all citizens without discrimination.

However, enforcement is still an ongoing issue, especially in smaller communities or in more conservative sectors, and there is room for improvement in the implementation of these laws.

10. Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity?

Contrary to the general trend of inclusion in other areas of public life, Hverland currently does not allow transgender individuals to participate in sports based on their preferred gender identity. This stance has been the subject of much debate and criticism, both domestically and internationally. The government argues that the current policy is in place to ensure "fair competition," although advocacy groups like "Horizon Equality" argue that it is a discriminatory practice that stigmatizes transgender individuals and denies them opportunities available to cisgender individuals.

The policy has been the subject of numerous legal challenges, and it remains a contentious issue. There are efforts from the newer advocacy groups to change this policy, but as of now, transgender individuals in Hverland are not permitted to compete in sporting activities aligned with their preferred gender identity.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1. Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details.

In Hverland's public education system, LGBT+ topics are part of the curriculum, particularly within social studies and health education classes. This includes discussions around sexual orientation, gender identity, and the history of the LGBT+ rights movement. The goal is to educate students about the diversity of human experience and promote a culture of inclusion and tolerance. Schools are provided with guidelines and resources, including age-appropriate materials, to teach these subjects effectively.

Teachers in public schools undergo sensitivity training to ensure that they are equipped to address these topics respectfully and informatively. Additionally, many schools have introduced special programs and seminars, often in collaboration with pro-LGBT+ organizations, to further enrich the students' understanding of these issues. Public schools are obligated to adhere to these educational mandates as they are part of the national curriculum.

However, it's worth noting that private educational institutions are not required to include LGBT+ topics in their curriculum. Given the diversity of private schools, which may be affiliated with specific religious or philosophical viewpoints, there is significant variation in how, or if, these topics are addressed. This discrepancy between public and private education has led to discussions about whether a standardized approach to LGBT+ education should be adopted across all schools in Hverland, but as of now, no such mandate exists for private institutions.

2. Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system?

In Hverland, the inclusion of LGBT+ perspectives in the legislative process has been an evolving endeavor. Over the years, as societal attitudes have shifted towards greater acceptance and understanding of LGBT+ issues, there has been a corresponding increase in the involvement of LGBT+ voices in policy-making.

Both major pro-LGBT+ organizations— one focusing primarily on LGB rights and the other offering a broader range of LGBT+ advocacy— have been granted consultative status during legislative hearings and debates on matters that directly affect the community. These organizations often submit position papers, provide expert testimony, and work behind the scenes to inform and advise lawmakers.

Additionally, there are lawmakers who openly identify as part of the LGBT+ community, and they have been instrumental in bringing these perspectives to the forefront. They often collaborate with pro-LGBT+ organizations to draft bills and amendments that aim to address the specific needs and challenges faced by the community.

Sub-committees and advisory panels on LGBT+ issues have also been established within the legislative body, aimed at ensuring a more holistic and nuanced approach to legislation. These panels often conduct their own inquiries and consultations, inviting members of the LGBT+ community to share their experiences and recommendations.

3. Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity?

Hverland has a relatively restrictive policy on accepting refugees, focusing mainly on immediate regional crises. However, the country does recognize persecution on the basis of sexual or gender identity as valid grounds for granting refugee status. Individuals who can adequately demonstrate that they have been targeted or discriminated against due to their LGBT+ identity may be eligible for asylum in Hverland.

4. Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry?

Hverland does not have a national armed forces. However, the country does maintain a Coast Guard that plays a vital role in patrolling the nation's maritime boundaries and ensuring security. The Hverlandic Coast Guard is inclusive and allows LGBT+ individuals to join its ranks without any form of discrimination.

5. If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity?

Members of the Hverlandic Coast Guard are permitted to be open about their sexual and gender identity. The organization believes in fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect, and it has specific guidelines and training to ensure that members are well-informed and sensitive to LGBT+ issues. Being open about one's identity is not only permitted but is also protected under the organization's anti-discrimination policies.

6. Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation?

In 2020, Hverland's Parliament voted to amend the Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Act of 2015 to include a third gender option on official documents. Known as "X," this designation allows individuals who don't identify strictly as male or female to have their non-binary or gender-nonconforming identities legally recognized.

The amendment was met with widespread support from LGBT+ advocacy groups and was considered a milestone in Hverland's journey towards greater inclusivity and recognition of its diverse citizenry. The addition of the "X" option on identification documents such as passports, driver's licenses, and social security cards allows non-binary, genderqueer, and other gender-nonconforming individuals to have legal documentation that accurately reflects their gender identity.

7. Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid?

Hverland's legal system does not recognize the "trans panic" or "gay panic" defenses as valid legal arguments. These defenses, often invoked to justify violent actions against LGBT+ individuals, have been discredited and are considered incompatible with Hverland's commitment to human rights and equal protection under the law. The absence of such defenses in the legal system reflects Hverland's broader societal values, which strongly condemn discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

8. Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies?

Yes, the government of Hverland permits the flying of pride flags alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies. This policy is emblematic of the country's commitment to inclusivity and its recognition of the diverse identities that make up its populace. Flying the pride flag at official events serves not only as a symbol of acceptance but also as an affirmative statement that Hverland stands against discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. This gesture has been particularly well-received by LGBT+ advocacy groups and is seen as another step in the direction of full equality for all citizens.

9. Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature?

Hverland's legislature not only allows but actively encourages the discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues. This open discourse is considered crucial for the advancement of social justice and the safeguarding of human rights. Various parliamentary committees have been established to focus specifically on matters related to LGBT+ rights, and legislators frequently consult with experts and activists in the field when drafting relevant laws or amendments

10. Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductible donations?

Yes, Hverland's government formally recognizes LGBT+ charities as legitimate organizations contributing to the public good. Donations made to these charities are tax-deductible, encouraging public support for initiatives aimed at LGBT+ welfare, education, and advocacy. This policy underscores Hverland's commitment to promoting social inclusivity and combating discrimination. The recognition of LGBT+ charities as valid entities also serves to empower these organizations to operate more effectively, maximizing their positive impact on the communities they serve.

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1. Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services?

Yes, Hverland provides its LGBT+ citizens with access to specialized sexual health services. These services are part of the national healthcare system and aim to address the unique health needs and challenges faced by the LGBT+ community. The services include routine screenings for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), preventive care, and tailored mental health support. Many of these specialized clinics also offer educational resources, helping to raise awareness and promote informed decision-making among LGBT+ individuals regarding their sexual health.

2. (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system?

In Hverland, the healthcare system provides comprehensive coverage for various aspects of gender transition, aligned with the country's recent overhaul of its treatment standards for transgender adults and youth. Psychosocial therapy is prioritized as the first-line intervention for gender variance. Medical transition is permitted only when strict criteria are met, such as persistence of gender dysphoria for more than two years and evidence that the dysphoria is detrimental to the individual's social life, professional career, or causes significant suffering.

Once these criteria are met, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and sexual reassignment surgery (SRS) are covered by the national healthcare system. Additionally, post-surgical care and ongoing psychosocial support are included to ensure a holistic approach to transgender healthcare.

3. Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)?

In Hverland, access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and sexual reassignment surgery (SRS) for transgender citizens is permitted but regulated by a set of stringent guidelines that were updated in 2022. These guidelines emphasize a psychosocial approach and have moved away from the previously required "real-life experience" (RLE) to more specific conditions that must be met for medical intervention.

For transgender adults, eligibility for HRT or SRS is predicated on:

- Persistent gender dysphoria lasting for over two years
- Demonstrable adverse effects of this dysphoria on daily life
- Verifiable detrimental impact on social interactions, career, or significant suffering

Transgender youth, defined as those up to the age of 25, are under more restrictive guidelines. They are primarily directed toward psychosocial support, gender-explorative therapy, and treatment for any comorbid psychiatric disorders as first-line interventions. Medical interventions like HRT and SRS are considered only on a case-by-case basis and are not generally available as an option.

4. Are your nation's trans citizens required to go through "real life experience" (RLE) before having access to treatment?

No. The previously described 2022 policy change represents a significant departure from the previously required "real-life experience," a period during which individuals were expected to live full-time in their identified gender before receiving medical treatment. The updated guidelines reflect a more nuanced and tailored approach to gender dysphoria, one that recognizes the psychological and social complexities associated with transitioning.

5. Are your nation's citizens permitted to import their own medication for the purposes of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?

No, Hverland prohibits its citizens from importing any medications directly, including those used for hormone replacement therapy (HRT). All medications must be obtained through the national healthcare system or authorized pharmacies to ensure quality, safety, and appropriate use.

6. What is your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS?

The age of majority for such decisions is 25.

7. Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available?

Puberty blockers are not available for use in Hverland outside of research settings. The country's healthcare guidelines specify that such interventions are not to be used in general clinical practice. Instead, psychosocial therapy and support are the primary treatments recommended for youth experiencing gender variance.

8. Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens?

Yes, Hverland's national healthcare system provides both pre and post-transition healthcare to its transgender citizens. Prior to transitioning, individuals are given access to psychosocial therapy, which serves as the primary method of treatment in accordance with national guidelines. After meeting specific criteria, individuals may then proceed with medical interventions like hormone replacement therapy and sexual reassignment surgery, both of which are covered by the healthcare system. Post-transition care also includes ongoing psychosocial support, medical follow-ups, and any necessary revisions or additional surgeries to ensure the overall well-being of the individual.

9. Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources?

Yes, in addition to psychosocial therapy and medical transition options, Hverland's national healthcare system offers other gender-affirming services such as voice training, laser hair removal, and various forms of counseling.

10. Are medical professionals or teaching staff required to "out" LGBT youth to their parents if they are below the age of majority?

No, medical professionals and teaching staff in Hverland are not required to disclose the sexual or gender identity of minors to their parents. Confidentiality and respect for individual autonomy are key components of both medical ethics and educational guidelines within the country.

He sent me a TG yesterday saying he was gonna do it later, but I don't think he has? I assume he's busy IRL.

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Canes Belli
Your nation's current year 2023
Your nation's IC population 39 Million
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes, please.
Please confirm your nation is primarily inhabited by humans. Confirmed, although we coexist with canines.
You may request a breakdown of your score via TG once it is processed. Note that any requests for breakdowns or additional information are only processed when the queue of submissions is empty.

Section One - Legally Enforcable Rights
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to marry or form civil unions with those of the same sex? Yes.
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? No.
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? No, we Canes Bellians hold a firm belief in freedom of speech. And we believe that hate speech laws negatively impact the right to freedom of speech. We know that it’s a slippery slope when speech starts to become monitored more and more closely.
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? Yes, if their religion (which could be one of the many that are freely practiced in Canes Belli) forbids them from even fraternizing with LGBQT+ individuals we recognize that it is their right in their private business to withhold goods or services from them. Of course, this only extends so far in some cases however.
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process? No, we currently do not have a system set up for this process, and whilst we accept most under the LGBQT+ umbrella we do not condone biological gender transitioning.
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? The government of Canes Belli has been encountered by some large groups yes, which even resulted in our policy allowing same sex relationships and marriages. However, the only restriction we still impose on this is that churches can not host and take part in such marriages.
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? Of course, the right to protest is one of the most sacred of rights.
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online? They have all the constitutional rights as everyone else, so yes.
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services? No, when just on the basis of their LGBQT+ identity they are not. But, if this discrimination turns violent they will always be protected.
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity? They most certainly are, their biology may give them an unfair advantage or perhaps even disadvantage in the sporting activity. And there’s so many other reasons but let’s not be here all night.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details. No, we Canes Bellians have observed the profligacy that has taken hold of much of the world, and the filth that has polluted the education system. Our education system does not explicitly teach anything regarding the LGBQT+.
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system? We really don’t separate them and see them as a minority group, but rather as just a part of the population. They’re not treated specially, but if the matter regards LGBQT+ legislation groups formed around it will be listened to.
3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity? No, but it’s not personal we just aren’t taking in anybody right now. We’ve had multiple terrorist attacks and we’ve shut our nations borders temporarily.
4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry? We do. But almost none enlist.
5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity? We discourage them from doing so.
6/ Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation? No, it’s XY or XX.
7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid? we have never encountered such a lega defense, so we cannot say.
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies? No, however at less serious events the two may be flown together, but the national flag must be flown at least 3 feet higher than the pride flag.
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature? yes, they are a put of our population and thus issues regarding them will come up, and as they are citizens they will be taking care of by their government.
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductible donations? Yes we do, charity is charity.

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services? No.
2/ (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system? Nothing, gender transition is not a medical necessity, we don’t cover plastic surgery.
3/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)? No.
4/ Are your nation's trans citizens required to go through "real life experience" (RLE) before having access to treatment? Yes.
5/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to import their own medication for the purposes of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? No.
6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS? Our studies indiciate around 17-18 which we believe to still be too young.
7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available? No they do not have access.
8/ Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens? Kind of, we have tax payed mental healthcare to rehabilitate confused citizens but only with their explicit consent. Citizens cannot be forced to undergo care.
9/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources? Some yes.
10/ Are medical professionals or teaching staff required to "out" LGBT youth to their parents if they are below the age of majority? No.

Section Four - Societal Attitudes
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex marriage? 78.87%
2/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex adoption? 21.51%
3/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support peoples' right to transition? 7.9%
4/ Is there a taboo or stigma surrounding the discussion of LGBT+ issues in your nation? Being a very spiritual nation, sometimes.
5/ Are LGBT+ citizens in your nation commonly subjected to discrimination online and/or in person? Not really, many are indifferent to them in the real world.
6/ If pride parades or similar occur in your nation, are they met with counter-marches or other resistance? They very rarely occur, and when they do we usually have counter protests, yes.
7/ If applicable to your dialect(s), are your nation's citizens generally accepting of someone's pronouns when they transition? Typically, if the person transitioning is polite about it their request are met, yes.
8/ Are the major religious groups within your nation generally accepting of LGBT+ people and their lifestyles? Our major religions include Christianity at 95.67% and Judaism at 2.1% and they both are generally neutral to it in order to avoid conflict.
9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation? We do not put tax payer dollars towards such restrooms.
10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia? Generally neutral and indifferent, LGBQT+ identity is not considered in scholarships and applications in order to avoid discrimination.

Section Five - Media and Political Representation
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? No not really, they appear in a show or two occasionally but as they are such a small fraction of the population they are proportionally shown.
2/ Are there prominent anti-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? Again, no not really.
3/ Are there prominent LGBT+ role models for young people displayed in your nation's media? No, we did have one around the beginning of Canes Belli who had fought in the war but since his death in the Korvuzian War no one LGBQT+ has seemed to reach his level of influence.
4/ Are LGBT+ people able to see relatable characters in your nation's prominent works of fiction? Rarely.
5/ Does support for LGBT+ people vary greatly depending on the region/state you live in? Do laws differ greatly? Our constitution does not cover any part of the issues of the LGBQT+. But federal legislation since then has sought to make equity and treatment near identical in every state of Canes Belli.
6/ Do explicitly pro-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? No, being pro-LGBQT+ is just usually one of their many beliefs of the party.
7/ Do explicitly anti-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? No.
8/ Are there prominent politicians or public servants who are openly LGBT+? There is a senator or two that serve in some of the nation more right wing parties.
9/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ voices within your nation's ruling party? Not at the moment no.
10/ Are LGBT+ people permitted to run for election or your nation's equivalent political process? Are they permitted to lead the nation? Yes, absolutely.

(OPTIONAL) - More information

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Hapilopper
Your nation's current year 2027
Your nation's IC population 820 million
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Sure, why not
Please confirm your nation is primarily inhabited by humans. Indeed it is
You may request a breakdown of your score via TG once it is processed.

Marriage is legal
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? Yes
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? Yes
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? No
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process? Yes. A person wanting to change their name must present their case to a local magistrate judge, and their name change must be advertised in the public notice section of their local newspaper for two weeks. That said, this is a formality and name changes are very easy to perform.
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? Yes
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? Yes
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online? Yes
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services? Yes
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity? No. Some hard-right Conservatives have attempted to change this but have been loudly shouted down.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details. Not really, but discussion is hardly prohibited. Schools have LGBT+ groups where students and educators can support each other and discuss tough topics that they may be uncomfortable discussing with family members. The "Hapiloppian Pride" act of 1997 actually mandates this in every school in the Dominion.
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system? Yes
3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity? Yes, although this is not a well-known fact. Hapilopper welcomes refugees but the number that has taken up this offer is not known.
4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry? Yes, although hilariously, Hapilopper's armed forces are known for their role in gender reveal parties more than any warlike action.
5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity? Yes. The Hapiloppian Armed Services carries the doctrine of "You be you as you serve your land".
6/ Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation? Yes
7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid? No. A 1987 case, known as Hapilopper v. Ponce, specifically ruled that a "Gay Panic" defense was inadmissible. Judge Ashley Engle ruled that "Acting out in an adverse reaction to a person's sexual orientation is no excuse for the fact that someone committed a violent crime against a person, a crime that really can not be reversed."
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies? Yes
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature? Absolutely. Some members of the Conservative True Wreckerian party have tried to change this, but again, have been shouted down.
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductible donations? Yes

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services? Yes
2/ (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system? All of them. The Hapiloppian government believes strongly that its people are best when they are comfortable with their own identity.
3/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)? Yes
4/ Are your nation's trans citizens required to go through "real life experience" (RLE) before having access to treatment? No.
5/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to import their own medication for the purposes of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? Yes, but Hapiloppian doctors recommend medicine that is formulated in this country for the purpose of quality control.
6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS? 18
7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available? Yes. Puberty blockers are available from age 13 with a written note from a parent, guardian or mentor.
8/ Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens? Yes.
9/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources? Yes.
10/ Are medical professionals or teaching staff required to "out" LGBT youth to their parents if they are below the age of majority? No. A 2002 incident where a 12-year old was forcibly outed to her parents, with disastrous and tragic consequences, angered much of the nation and changed attitudes towards that very topic. In fact, the Hapiloppian government has indicated that no one should be forcibly outed without their consent.

Section Four - Societal Attitudes
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex marriage? 98
2/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex adoption? 95
3/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support peoples' right to transition? 80
4/ Is there a taboo or stigma surrounding the discussion of LGBT+ issues in your nation? No
5/ Are LGBT+ citizens in your nation commonly subjected to discrimination online and/or in person? They used to be, but attitudes have changed.
6/ If pride parades or similar occur in your nation, are they met with counter-marches or other resistance? Occasionally, to the ridicule of many. Most notably, a Christian group "Family Above All" attempted to counter protest the Hapilopper City Pride parade last year, but were drowned out by a number of groups including several prankster groups like The Dipshits of Hapilopper, who drowned out a speaker with death metal music.
7/ If applicable to your dialect(s), are your nation's citizens generally accepting of someone's pronouns when they transition? Yes.
8/ Are the major religious groups within your nation generally accepting of LGBT+ people and their lifestyles? Not really, but religion is not frequently practiced in Hapilopper. Around seven percent of Hapiloppians identify with any religion. The most notable religious group is known as "Family Above All", whose leader, Rev. Jake Brewer, has preached that Hapilopper's acceptance of LGBTQ+ people and their lifestyles "have contributed more than anything else to the decline of Hapilopper as a country" and has even suggested that "the concept of what some call 'bullying' strengthens the people and weeds out who aren't able to handle it." Take that how you want to take it. Many within Hapilopper view it as appalling.
9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation? Somewhat, but not as prevalent as some leaders would like.
10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia? "It is important for those in our country, regardless of orientation, to know that they are accepted in all walks of life in this country. And in the halls of our colleges and universities, we welcome everyone." - Darius Thompson, President, Dominion Association of Learning Environments (DALE)

Section Five - Media and Political Representation
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) The Moonblessed Isle

Your nation's current year 2023

Your nation's IC population 3,058,492 (expected to rise soon due to a rise in pregnancies.)

Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes.

Please confirm your nation is primarily inhabited by humans. Primarily; humans are the only recognized inhabitants for now, and all non-humans have similar ideas of gender and sexuality to the human inhabitants.

Yes; it's expected for most official couples to adopt a child.

3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation?
Yes; most discriminatory speech is outlawed in public spaces.

4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people?
No, but it's hard to enforce as private shops are allowed to withhold goods without giving any reason.

5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process?
We are still working on getting official documents on all our citizens.
For those who are not yet documented, they still have to choose what name goes in their records; an exception goes for children under ten years of age, whose legal names are left to the parents since they tend to choose silly names like 'Fox-Eater' as a joke, and we do not want them to regret that later on.
For those who are already documented, they will have to wait until we have documented everyone else.

6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation?
No. If we get more immigrants, they will likely show up, but currently LGBT+ identities are uncommon in our nation.

7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest?
(answered 'no' for the above.)

8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online?
No. Free speech is a very uncertain concept here, at least in public spaces.
Concerning LGBT+ issues, however, they are permitted to discuss their experiences and any mistakes our government may have made concerning this.

9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services?
Yes.

10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity?
We do not have sports separated by gender or sex.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.

1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details.
Yes for sexuality, no for gender identity.
Our education is scarce, but we are already used to discussing how to recognize whether the self is Moon-gender and Sun-gender, and so are equipped to discuss other gender identities if they become common enough; as of now, we do not have enough knowledge on the subject to mandate it.
As for sexuality, same-sex activities have been in our sex-ed since its conception.

2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system?
Yes; we try our best to take everyone's voices into account, excluding certain types of criminals, but we don't have many LGBT+ voices to listen to due to their low percentage in our population.

3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity?
Yes, we take in any refugees who come to us. We as a government cannot offer therapy at the moment, as we don't currently have the education available to have therapists, but we do offer financial aid for the necessities.

4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry?
Yes, we do allow it and it is a protected right to join, but currently it has no LGBT+ members; again, presumably due to the size of our LGBT+ population.

5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity?
Always.

6/ Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation?
Our official documentation is still taking suggestions for gender options until 2024. Currently, the standard options are 'Moon-gender,' 'Sun-gender,' 'Externally Recognized Gender,' and 'Other,' since those are the most common at the moment, but Externally Recognized Gender and Other are both getting narrower categories soon.

7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid?
No.

8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies?
Yes. We also find that quite a few of the flags our few LGBT+ citizens and their friends put up tend to look quite nice.

9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature?
Yes.

10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductible donations?
Yes, but currently there are only two recognized charities specifically concerning LGBT+ issues.

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.

1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services?
No, not at the moment, but we're working on getting better healthcare.

2/ (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system?
Primarily hormone replacements; we don't currently have the technology to do many of the surgeries, so the best we can do is have a list of allies that can offer this service.

3/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)?
Access to the first is pretty decent, access to the latter normally requires travel to a different country.

4/ Are your nation's trans citizens required to go through "real life experience" (RLE) before having access to treatment?
No.

5/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to import their own medication for the purposes of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
With supervision.

6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS?
15 for HRT, 25 for SRS. We cannot prevent them from doing SRS outside of Moonblessed, but if they are below 25 then they will not be getting financial help with the plane tickets.

7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available?
They're available after the first signs of puberty, as determined by their settlement's head doctor.
We are working on a more standard age.

8/ Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens?
Physically? Yes. Mentally? No. Again, we're working on this.

9/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources?
As long as it's unrelated to surgery or therapy, they should have access.

Nearly 100%. There have been marriages between people with the same gender or sex for as long as there have been marriages between people with different ones, and to not support it is to not support nearly half the people one knows.

2/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex adoption?
Again, nearly 100%. Adoption is expected of everyone who can handle a child.

3/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support peoples' right to transition?
Unknown; not a commonly-discussed topic as it's quite new to us. So far, only a few concerns have been brought to our attention.

4/ Is there a taboo or stigma surrounding the discussion of LGBT+ issues in your nation?
No; it's encouraged so that we can be more knowledgable about both LGBT+ and non-LGBT+ identities outside of our nation.

5/ Are LGBT+ citizens in your nation commonly subjected to discrimination online and/or in person?
No.

6/ If pride parades or similar occur in your nation, are they met with counter-marches or other resistance?
No.

7/ If applicable to your dialect(s), are your nation's citizens generally accepting of someone's pronouns when they transition?
Our language doesn't normally use pronouns. Just names.

8/ Are the major religious groups within your nation generally accepting of LGBT+ people and their lifestyles?
Yes.

9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation?
All restrooms are gender-neutral.

10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia?
Currently, little-known. This is expected to change in the next few months.

Section Five - Media and Political Representation
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.

1/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they?
We don't have very big news and entertainment spheres, so no.

2/ Are there prominent anti-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they?
No.

3/ Are there prominent LGBT+ role models for young people displayed in your nation's media?
If you count mythology as media, we potentially have very many depending on your interpretation of them. Miki, the fox whom you can see on our flag, is the most famous example, being ace-aro.

4/ Are LGBT+ people able to see relatable characters in your nation's prominent works of fiction?
We don't have many relatable characters in general.

5/ Does support for LGBT+ people vary greatly depending on the region/state you live in? Do laws differ greatly?
No.

6/ Do explicitly pro-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have?
Pretty much every party is pro-LGBT+, and they're supported by a vast, vast majority of citizens.

7/ Do explicitly anti-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have?
No.

8/ Are there prominent politicians or public servants who are openly LGBT+?
Not at the moment; locals rarely use outside terms for their identity.

9/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ voices within your nation's ruling party?
The Moon's Devoted are pro-LGBT.

10/ Are LGBT+ people permitted to run for election or your nation's equivalent political process? Are they permitted to lead the nation?
They are, but haven't gotten the chance yet due to only coming in within the past year.

An establishment that does not require membership is considered a "public house", and can not refuse a patron.
Government organizations are obligated to service anyone on valid business.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details.: Yes. Prowenian curriculum integrates protection and children awareness towards minority groups of society, including LGBTQ+ people, in subjects like Sociology and History, where they are taught historical fights, movements and claims made by these groups and how they need to be respected, making sure no child grow up with any kind of prejudice towards any minority.

7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid?: No. It was banned when once compared to "honor defence right", a defence used by men who commited violence against women to justify their horrible acts because of having their "honor" hurt (as getting cheated on). Trans and gay "panic defence" was seen the same way and considered to be nonsense.
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies?: Yes
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature?: Yes
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductible donations?: Yes, although all charities are held by the government (since Prowen is socialist) which gives full support to a certain minority group, including LGBTQ+ community.

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services?: Yes
2/ (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system? Hormone transition, asking how citizens would like to be called in healthcare facilities, psychological assistance (with hard surveillance to make sure the shrink is not doing conversion therapy), sexual reassignment surgery etc.
3/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)?: Yes, they have acess to a free, safe and universal HRT and SRS procedure.

If it is proved that parents do not want to allow it because of prejudice, then the minor can pass through a bureaucrat system (as already stated before) to get it with or without their parents consent.

3/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support peoples' right to transition? 97%

5/ Are LGBT+ citizens in your nation commonly subjected to discrimination online and/or in person?: No. Government awareness propaganda makes sure to change people's mind into respecting each other and even teaches LGBTQ+ community rights at school, making it very less probable that there will still exist homophobic or transphobic people in society.
6/ If pride parades or similar occur in your nation, are they met with counter-marches or other resistance?: It's very very rare. Although it's impossible to every citizen to support LGBTQ+ community, since the allies are the overwhelming majority, pride parades may face counter-marches once 5 years.
7/ If applicable to your dialect(s), are your nation's citizens generally accepting of someone's pronouns when they transition?: Citizens may get confused or mispronoun trans people at first, but the majority will most likely at least try to call people their right pronouns.
8/ Are the major religious groups within your nation generally accepting of LGBT+ people and their lifestyles?: Prowen is a pretty much secular country, and even those who believe in something say religion does not play an important role in their lives. The minority religious group may not accept LGBTQ+ in their lifestyles, while others, the majority, less radical ones, accept it with no problem.
9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation?: Unisex bathrooms are usually available alongside male and female's, with old buildings being an exception deal to lack of interest, since it is not very used.
10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia?: Since Prowen best and with the most enrolled students university is a human science one, debates and awareness programs are often held by students or teachers, who may also study gender and sexuality deeper.

4/ Are LGBT+ people able to see relatable characters in your nation's prominent works of fiction?: Yes. Not a government obligation, but most directors use to represent all prowenians from every social minority group in their works.
5/ Does support for LGBT+ people vary greatly depending on the region/state you live in? Do laws differ greatly?: No. Even though Prowen follows a devolution system, hate speech and human rights protection are considered national laws and cannot be overpassed by local authorities. All states are equally supportive, with little difference between them being coincidence.
6/ Do explicitly pro-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have?: The People's Party of Prowen is a progressist political party which fights for human rights at the Assembly. Although it's important to notice it is not limited to LGBTQ+ community rights and protection, but to every minority in Prowen, making it not 100% based on LGBTQ+ rights. They have a small number of seats when considering the whole Assembly although being the 3rd political party with most seats in Prowen (56 seats from 500)
