Your nation's current year 2086
Your nation's IC population 75 million
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes please
Please confirm you are a human nation! I am a human nation! Idk how to prove it so 2^3=8
You may request a breakdown of your score via TG once it is processed. Note that any requests for breakdowns or additional information are only processed when the queue of submissions is empty. Alright, noted. Enlist me for that breakdown thing too if possible.
Section One - Legally Enforcable Rights
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to marry or form civil unions with those of the same sex? Yes, the goal of abolishing the family entirely and establishing communal parenthood is also on the rise and government-supported
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? Yes
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? Yes
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? No
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process? Yes, there is a specific government building floor for that, they go with all their papers on hand (or saved online) and proceed to the name change. Easy as that. Although, gender is nearly abolished as people don't care about it in 4D Donkeys and think that transitions and gender-binary or sexuality labels are constructs of capitalism
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? No, there doesn't need to be any single-goal ''rainbow capitalist'' group here. All the major parties except the Nationalist Party support LGBT+
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? Pride protests usually combine with environmental protests and protests for alternative approaches of socialism
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online? Yes
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services? Yes
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity? No, but as mentioned above, an official gender label doesn't exist here. It's not asked for nor written down in official docuents, examination, foreign trade and other government or everyday activities

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details. Yes, students are educated to accept anyone for whom they are, but emphasis on gender identity and sexuality isn't given. This is known as ''queer anarchism'' or ''gender anarchy''
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system? Yes
3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity? Yes, free home and basic needs guaranteed for anyone who wants to live and work here
4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry? Yes, military conscription is compulsory for 1 year for all citizens of all self-identifying genders
5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity? Yes
6/ Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation? No official gender documentation. Who cares about it in 4D Donkeys?
7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid? No but context matters
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies? Yes, the classic pride flag (rainbow flag) is flown on all government buildings
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature? Yes, but it would be considered a waste of time talking about pride-binary stuff
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductable donations? Yes, government supports them as well

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services? Yes, but therapy is considered to avoid ignorance and future denial
2/ (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system? Any. Gender doesn't exist here and it is very rare to transition as it is widely believed that people who are born x gender are and will always be x gender. But if anyone wants to transition it's still considered normal and they get support from the government
3/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)? Yes, free
4/ Are your nation's trans citizens required to go through "real life experience" (RLE) before having access to treatment? No
5/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to import their own medication for the purposes of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? Depends. The medication should be tested by experts first, and if ineligible it still can be used but with reccomended caution and future warnings.
6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS? People younger than 17 aren't expected to transition and 99.99% they don't. The age of majority is 21.
7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available? Yes, any age
8/ Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens? Yes, free
9/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources? Yes, free
10/ Are medical professionals or teaching staff required to "out" LGBT youth to their parents if they are below the age of majority? No, but the guardian(s) are supposed to know about it, or at least a few trustworthy people from the community (because as mentioned above, family is nearly abolished)

Section Four - Societal Attitudes
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex marriage? 93%
2/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex adoption? 91%
3/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support peoples' right to transition? 76%
4/ Is there a taboo or stigma surrounding the discussion of LGBT+ issues in your nation? No, LGBT+ matters can be discussed freely
5/ Are LGBT+ citizens in your nation commonly subjected to discrimination online and/or in person? No, less than 1 reported case annually
6/ If pride parades or similar occur in your nation, are they met with counter-marches or other resistance? No
7/ If applicable to your dialect(s), are your nation's citizens generally accepting of someone's pronouns when they transition? The pre-existing pronoun of our language is ''eld'' (one pronoun for anything) and if citizens for any reason want to make up new prouns they can keep the ''el'' part and replace the ''d'' with one other letter. This is fairly unccomon. Neopronouns and xenopronouns aren't recognised at all. Emoji pronouns aren't even heard of.
8/ Are the major religious groups within your nation generally accepting of LGBT+ people and their lifestyles? Religion abolished, spirituality abolished, hierarchical traditions abolished, the concept of life is also abolished for biological reasons
9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation? Bathrooms don't have any labels. It is widely considered funny in 4D Donkeys to gender-label a bathroom
10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia? Gender/sexuality abolition, support for any sexual preferance of consenting adults

Section Five - Media and Political Representation
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? Yes, the leader Michigan ''Rin'' Remembrance is ''queer''
2/ Are there prominent anti-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? The leader of the Nationalist party is not much anti-LGBT but more anti-gender-anarchy. He's taken seriously but the majority disagrees with this stance.
3/ Are there prominent LGBT+ role models for young people displayed in your nation's media? No, mostly gender anarchy + celebrities abolished
4/ Are LGBT+ people able to see relateable characters in your nation's prominent works of fiction? Yes
5/ Does support for LGBT+ people vary greatly depending on the region/state you live in? Do laws differ greatly? No, there aren't states, nor counties, the nation is split into progressivates (progressive communes) and laws are leaning to be abolished
6/ Do explicitly pro-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? Yes, all the major leftist ones are pro-LGBT+ but not specifically for that
7/ Do explicitly anti-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? No
8/ Are there prominent politicians or public servants who are openly LGBT+? Yes
9/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ voices within your nation's ruling party? Yes
10/ Are LGBT+ people permitted to run for election or your nation's equivalent political process? Are they permitted to lead the nation? Yes, yes

(OPTIONAL) - More information
We would appreciate filling in as much of this information as possible. However, this is not required to receive a complete score, and filling this information out will not change your score in any way. This information may be used by us for research and other survey-wide analysis purposes.
What is the approximate ethnic makeup of your nation? (in percentages) Mediterraneans 35% (19% Turks, 68% Greeks, 3% Other), Balkans 59% (Romanians 15%, Hungarians 7%, Serbo-Croats 36%, Nis 4%, Bulgarians 20%, Albanians 9%, Other 14%), Other groups 6%
How many official languages are there in your nation? What are these? None
What is the political position of your nation's ruling Government? Far-Left (As far and down in the libertarian left quadrant as possible)
What type of Government does your country have? Trotskyist-Posadist-Titoist Revolutionary Socialist Technocratic Anarcho-Mutualism (damn that sounds so chronically online nonsense spelled out). Our government type consists of regional councils and soviets. The de-jure elected leader is from the ASVP (the biggest party) but other than that there's direct democracy
What percentage of the population is estimated to be LGBT+? Idk no one counts that
(OOC) Which real life nation would you describe yours as being most similar to? North Korea, Cuba (Historically to Yugoslavia)

END
Are you satisfied with this index? Yayayayay yes
Any suggestions or comments on how to improve? Idk but it was too gender-focused. But who am I to judge it's very well made

(in percentages) Russian (majority), Siberian, Slavic, Manchurian, Chinese, Mongols, various countless other nationalities
How many official languages are there in your nation? What are these? Russian is the primary official union language. English and Mandarin are usually teached as second languages in most schools and has a semi-official status and is also used for international purposes. Recognized local languages include: Manchurian, Mongolic, Mandarin, various uralic and turkic alanguages...
What is the political position of your nation's ruling Government? The Union is rooted in the principles of Marxism-Leninism and Scientific Socialism with having adopted some technocratic and militaristic characteristics over the decades. Thus somewhat differing from the original timeline Soviet Union and other historic socialist nations.

Note: The policy towards LGBT is an inclusive and tolerant one, with the belief that hostile attitudes towards LGBT+ are intrinsically reactionary, backwards and unbecoming of a modern 21th nation. At the same time we believe that the policy as pursuit by many western nations towards LGBT+ is divisive as it creates a artificial social group or identity-minority, separate from the collective and the whole. Such divisive attitudes and tendencies have no place inside our socialist society.

What type of Government does your country have? Federal Socialist Republic
What percentage of the population is estimated to be LGBT+? Unknown
(OOC) Which real life nation would you describe yours as being most similar to? The late Soviet Union or Russia (unsurprisingly)

END
Are you satisfied with this index?
Any suggestions or comments on how to improve?

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Medzhumoramia
Your nation's current year 2022
Your nation's IC population 118 Million
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes
Please confirm you are a human nation! (A): "Human as the day I was born."
You may request a breakdown of your score via TG once it is processed. Note that any requests for breakdowns or additional information are only processed when the queue of submissions is empty.

Section One - Legally Enforcable Rights
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to marry or form civil unions with those of the same sex? No. (Though they may participate in legally nonbinding marriage ceremonies)
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? Only by directly inherited guardianship of a child as willed by the parents
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? Not especially, but they are protected against incitement of violence and the refusal of basic and immediate human needs.
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? Yes, provided they are not basic and immediate human needs.
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process? Legal names can be altered. Legal gender on documents cannot.
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? There are organizations but they have only mild to moderate traction
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? Yes.
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online? Yes.
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services? Their firing cannot be termed "for cause" if it is on the basis of their sexual orientation and its exercise outside the workplace. They cannot be denied education, nor public services
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity? Not by law, but the bylaws of every relevant league make it so.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details. No.
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system? Not systematically, though they are free to use comment periods, be called as witnesses for commitee hearings, hold legislative office, etc.
3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity? Sometimes, though it often depends on the proximity and ideology of the nation they flee. They may be issued Statelessness papers, which prevent easy back-transfer to the country that would persecute them, particularly if they are ineligable to be a refugee to our country, but the country cannot in good conscience send them back from whence they came for reasonable fear that to do so will result in the death of the one who fled. This enables safe passage to a country which will take them in.
4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry? The Nation's Armed Forces allow LGB people entry.
5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity? Technically, but this is recommended against. Soldiers also generally may not serve immediately alongside (or over/under) someone they are sexually involved with (regardless of sexuality).
6/ Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation? No
7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid? No. Personal pride and honor isn't an excuse to become violent.
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies? No
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature? Yes.
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductable donations? No

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services? Same as any citizen
2/ (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system? None. Not unless there's a tumor in whatever is getting removed.
3/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)? No
4/ Are your nation's trans citizens required to go through "real life experience" (RLE) before having access to treatment? Not Applicable
5/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to import their own medication for the purposes of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? This is a legal grey area and the particulars of how it is done and who is involved (their profession) will impact the answer. A pathway exists, but not for everyone. It is a complex maze of medical malpractice law and controlled substance/associated paraphernelia law. For example, it is illegal to dispose of a needle as regular garbage, and also illegal to keep a used needle outside of a disposal recepticle for any meaningful period of time after use. It is also illegal to melt a controlled substance down for purposes of making it suitable for injection unless one is a licensed medical professional, but using one's medical license as grounds to conduct HRT could result in the loss of said medical license.
6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS? 18, but realistically, little decision is offered
7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available? No
8/ Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens? Yes. Even if unlicensed transition occured, it is not a crime on the transitioned's part, and medical/mental health professionals will remain committed to helping them to the best of their ability
9/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources? Private Support Organizations exist in some municipalities
10/ Are medical professionals or teaching staff required to "out" LGBT youth to their parents if they are below the age of majority? No, but they are expected to do their utmost to avoid the topic of conversation with the child

Section Four - Societal Attitudes
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex marriage? 8%
2/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex adoption? 7%
3/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support peoples' right to transition? 2%
4/ Is there a taboo or stigma surrounding the discussion of LGBT+ issues in your nation? Yes
5/ Are LGBT+ citizens in your nation commonly subjected to discrimination online and/or in person? Sometimes. Mostly, people just mind their own business on the topic as much as they are allowed to.
6/ If pride parades or similar occur in your nation, are they met with counter-marches or other resistance? Yes, though the government, while allowing both, takes steps to segregate thse marches from each other for the safety of all participants
7/ If applicable to your dialect(s), are your nation's citizens generally accepting of someone's pronouns when they transition? No
8/ Are the major religious groups within your nation generally accepting of LGBT+ people and their lifestyles? Homosexual activity is considered unethical by every religious group with more than 0.5% of the population (irreligion not included)
9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation? Somewhat prevalent, though largely out of economy rather than sensitivity
10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia? Variant. The Academia is quite diverse in our nation. The most common opinion is in favor of LGB functional equality on most matters. T+ is still considered excessively radical.

Section Five - Media and Political Representation
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? Media generally avoids the issue as much as possible, but after the watershed, some can be foind
2/ Are there prominent anti-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? Media generally avoids the issue as much as possible, but some can be found
3/ Are there prominent LGBT+ role models for young people displayed in your nation's media? No. The matter of LGBT is particularly avoided in media targeted for children
4/ Are LGBT+ people able to see relateable characters in your nation's prominent works of fiction? Some, mainly after the watershed hour
5/ Does support for LGBT+ people vary greatly depending on the region/state you live in? Do laws differ greatly? Laws do not differ. Homosexual activity is no longer criminalized in any province. Rural areas tend to have considerably more traditionalist opinions than the major cities.
6/ Do explicitly pro-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? The Red Coalition backs some Avant-Garde ideas about human sexuality, and the Gold Coalition has promoted gradual reform. The Blue Coalition is mostly content with the current status quo, but opposes a further thaw in attitude.
7/ Do explicitly anti-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? The National Unity Party is the sole party which advocates for the recriminalization of Homosexual behavior in the country.
8/ Are there prominent politicians or public servants who are openly LGBT+? Not OPENLY Openly, but, if you believe the rumors about the Prime Minister, his private life has a well, but not-well-enough kept secret of some polyamorous behavior (that would be in the +). There is evidence that he and his wife together keep a number of shared female accquaintences. He is quite well liked on policy and charisma, which keeps the matter from becoming a politically unsurvivable scandal, so long as he keeps it "politely" far from the public eye and ear.
9/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ voices within your nation's ruling party? The Gold Coalition is in power, and they favor gradual and limited further reform.
10/ Are LGBT+ people permitted to run for election or your nation's equivalent political process? Are they permitted to lead the nation? Yes and yes.

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Empire of Italia
Your nation's current year Early middle ages (500-1000 AD range)
Your nation's IC population 10.8 million
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes
Please confirm you are a human nation! Human indeed

No. Marriage is strictly between a man and a woman.
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? No. Strictly frowned upon.
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? No.
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? Yes. People have the right to withhold goods/services from whomever they want.
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process?Although people wouldn't usually recognize their new names, doing so legally would be pretty easy, as no formal "track keeping" of the citizens is applied. Names are just whatever people know you as. There are no passports or ID's. So as long as you're not a noble or otherwise important/influential person, your name doesn't matter to the government.
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? No.
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? N/A
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online? No.
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services? Definitely not. Homosexuality (and anything else that isn't straight or cisgender) is strictly frowned upon. It is seen as immoral and a sin.
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity? If a person claims to be the gender they weren't born as, they're simply seen as lunatics and wouldn't be allowed in sporting activities.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details. No. The only time it would be covered is if the topic got people's attention in church. If so, the clergy would discourage it. And that's a euphemism.
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system? No. LGBT people wouldn't even be allowed in the legal system.
3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity? No.
4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry? No.
5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity? N/A
6/ Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation? No. Only man and woman.
7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid? Yes.
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies? People don't know what the pride flag is, but if they did, it definitely wouldn't be allowed to be flown alongside the national flag. In fact, most flags that don't represent a vassal realm within the empire or a noble family aren't allowed to be flown next to the imperial colours.
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature? No.
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductable donations? No.

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.

6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS? N/A
7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available? No.
8/ Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens? No.
9/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources? No.

9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation? Not prevalent. Public toilets are uncommon to begin with.

Section Five - Media and Political Representation
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? No.
2/ Are there prominent anti-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? No. LGBT issues are not common, thus media figures famous for their negative stance toward is are not common either. If you include figures who are anti-LGBT but are famed for other reasons, then the answer would be yes. For example, the Pope is well known, and he is anti-LGBT.
3/ Are there prominent LGBT+ role models for young people displayed in your nation's media? No.
4/ Are LGBT+ people able to see relateable characters in your nation's prominent works of fiction? No.
