Why is every major region dominated by people?

Why is every major region in the game dominated by human nations? Where is the creativity? We could have a nation all composed by elves, robots and yes even furries. But all we have are these vanilla human nations most of the time. :eyebrow: Discuss.

It wasn't funny when the other guy did it, and this isn't funny either.

I think it's because the non-humanness happens on the RP forums.

Because some people, like me, like to roleplay realistically.

We need more non-human nations. Maybe if theres enough of us there can be a region just for us! I dont mean to discriminate against human nations so they can also join. But it would miss the point if most of them were all human.

Surely you don't think I'm human...do you?

But aren't the Black Hawks made up of Hawks?
And aren't Lone Wolves United made up of Wolves?

Out of curiosity, what non-humans live in your nations?

Humans are based & cool. I seriously do hate when people make "Ironic" jokes about how bad Humanity is but that's a post for another day

I think a Womble is actually some manner of mole creature. Nonetheless, it isn't human. :P

For RP purposes, majority species is what you'd commonly call "furry" but are mostly feline/canine variants; then there's the elves being a weird sort of "minority aristocracy" in charge over the "oppressed majority"; and then there's the humans, an actual minority and not very notable in either politics or society. Jury's still out as to whether or not the nation's leader is an actual living person or a sophisticated computer program mimicking the original leader that first united the nation. I haven't quite hashed out the details yet, because I can't be bothered.

Oh, and robots. They probably make up the actual majority of the "non-RP" population, but they mostly exist to confuse the World Census bean counters. High SciAd and all, you know.

And here I thought they were supposed to be foxes and red panda's. Damn you Warcraft.... You lied to me!

Look at regions with the 'Multi-Species' tag, they might have higher proportions of nations inhabited by non-'human' sapients.

I had a nation of pet rocks, but it was no fun. They didn't do anything. They just sat there in stone silence.

My nation of elder things in a land of impossible geometries dong that which man is not meant to know didn't have any relevant issues (relevant to the elder things) ever come up.

The nation that was a slice of bread trying to escape the kitchen soon got stale.

Human beings and their political interactions, and dealing with the unintended consequences in myriads of ways is pretty fun.
