Interactive stories using dispatches

I want to create a interactive story or choose your own adventure story using dispatches. Any advice on how to do that?

I"m not sure how feasible it is, but I would use links, with the text changed like this Next comment.

The equal is where you put the url. To find a comment url, click the paper that is dog eared symbol.

The next comment that the other link goes to. Now let's go Back up

Basically, the code does this. Whatever is in the [] and after the = is the link. What is in between the two url boxes is what shows for the link clock. You can also just do this https://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?p=39706012#p39706012, but that is WAY uglier.

Putting an image between the URL boxes makes the image a link, last time I checked.
These commands should work for ANY link.

With dispatches it is even simpler than comments, as you can just grab the standard page link.
