Special Notes about your civilization: The hellkin are capable of crossing dimensions and influencing the mortal world (and other universes though far less attention is spent there), where some have started cults while yet others have manipulated governments, businesses, militaries, and other institutions. As it is difficult for demons and sorcerers cross dimensions and again difficult to both stay there and survive for long (no souls to torment) demons run these groups largely hands off, only occasionally appearing to give orders or collect tribute.

Special Notes about your civilization: As the world's sole remaining magocracy, it would make sense the Queendom would have such a high level. However, the only "Level 10s" are the two monarchs, and even then they edge on Level 11. Most of the nation is from Levels 4 to 7.

Special Notes about your civilization: A massively powerful union of states in the Southern Hemisphere, holding sway over much of the world's trade, with military tech that is quite literally out of this world to say the least. Energy shields and directed energy weapons are common fare and FTL drives are being actively developed, along with teleportation devices via quantum tunneling... for this reason I have listed it as a Tier 8 instead of a 7. Right in the middle of rising powers on an interstellar stage. Highly diplomatic and very intelligent, stealing your trade rights out from under your feet since 8800 BCE!
We've sent people to the farthest reaches of the solar system and maintain a large-ish fleet of space ships. Someday we'll hear back from the missions to Vega and Sirius...
Magic isn't believed to exist officially, but the major religions present declare it does, and there have been inexplicable, seemingly supernatural events over the centuries. More research may be needed.
