That approach is nothing more than a larger country having smaller ones do its bidding. Not that great a tactic to use for any alliance, even GENA in some minor cases, but it is what it is.

I don't think so. I think I'll pass on establishing embassies in any IFC nations until there's sufficient proof that IFC isn't aggressive. It's too aggressive and does a tad more harm than good with little sign of slowing down.
