Is internet acess legal? and to what degree?: (basic or universal right, acessable with a license, only avaialable to a certain class of people, etc.) Yes, but if you get viruses, that is not the fault of the government. Also, you can't use it for illegal activities.
Why is the internet acess legal/illegal?: The Heads of Government and State used a law against opressive restriction of information (in the hyidaian constitution) to argue their side of internet freedom. That set a precident.
